Hh77, I will humour you and accept that in a binary world, I am a ramper and you are a de-ramper. I am optimistic and you are pessimistic.

But why am I optimistic? Because I am invested here and don't want to lose money. Why are you then a de-ramper? What purpose does it serve? Are you actually invested and want your investment to go down? Surely you would post positive and negative viewpoints if you were a disgruntled investor? Any time I have stopped believing or sold out in a company, I just walk away and stop posting. I certainly wouldn't hang around throwing mud on the daily trying to scare others away.

My only conclusion then is you have sold out and are bitter, or sold out and are fishing for a collapse in the share price to allow you to buy in lower. Both of those scenarios hurt my investment which is why I will defend the BOD who have had the worst market conditions in decades to navigate through. To have made this a roaring success the BOD would have had to be faultless with a bit of good luck thrown in. The probabilities of that happening are very slim.

You will have watched the AGM video again when Numar and David tell us that raising capital in the currant market would be impossible due to the depressed share price, and that they were seeking to release equity from assets previously invested in, getting investments through an investment bank, and/or carrying out a share consolidation alongside some type of merger. They also talk about listing on other markets or tapping other markets where capital is available as it now seems impossible on AIM. (sentiment shot, share board toxic, AIM tech sector completely flat)

So they have ideas and strategies it seems.

Now to try and keep this a debate and not an argument, can anyone who is market/financially savvy explain if we were to break even revenue wise from this point onwards in 2023, would 2023 still be considered a loss making year based on the fact that loans have been increased and a capital raise carried out? My angle being, 2023 is forecast to be loss making but has the main loss already happened?

Panmure Gordons research notes from April Vs July go from cash negative to cash zero. And this was adjusted on the back of the France RNS. Does this then mean that there could be further RNS's which would IMPROVE the financials and bring Eqtec into profitability for 2023?

Eqtec fianncial performance far better! Yet the share price at WAND stays sky high allowing them to carry out yet another fundraise for $30m

Every single day you lot bash this multiple times.

Eqtec made more revenue and smaller losses than most of their peer group.

If this was an american listed tech company the share boards would be all

"great prospects here, next few years are going to be golden"

"Amazing proven tech, huge pipeline, sky is the limit"

Instead of you lot constantly knocking the wind out of every ounce of optimism.

Go look at ITM or VLS, those boards are mostly positive. And yet EQTEC are pulling in superior operational results, revenues and smaller Ebitda losses.

You know that a percentage of new investors will never take a risk here and invest due to the tone of the posts here. Sentiment is king after all.

Why are you trying to talk the death of Eqtec? A few measured comments, responses would be OK or something along the lines of "see my post on such a such date" where you articulated your conserns in a grown up fashion. Not this flood the page with guff that we see dialy. Please, have a think... Or is this being shorted? Thats the type of behaviour you get form boiler rooms.

C909, could you please break down that figure for DP's renumeration please.

Firstly, are you sure it is £ and not €?

Secondly, what percentage are performance shares?

Thirdly, of those performance shares, how much does DP have to spend to buy them? 0.01p each I believe?

And fourth, of the performance shares, long term share incentives or whatever awarded in 2021 and 2022, how many did DP actually get awarded? Were they actually achieved in 2022? So actual remuneration was less?

I'm asking the questions because I'm unsure. It was mentioned in the AGM video in response to a question from the room

Google "share prophets eqtec", there is plenty of content there from 2018/2019 that sounds just like your style. Also amusing to know that the eqtec share price went on to do 1500% from 2019 to start of 2021.

No i didn't take part in any of the raises. Battery minerals however have 5m shares and don't appear to be selling any. The value of the shares in that transaction was 52p? I'm quite happy with my 33p average considering the resource just increased TWELVE TIMES and there are other comapnies valued at double our market cap based on only a resource and pre feasability.

That's a bit far fetched? What possible angle do you have to suggest they wouldn't be a going concern?

Have they stopped mining? Have mining costs gone up 200%? Have they taken out a huge loan? Everyone else is under the impression that they have likely just become Ebitda positive around now and will have a net profit of around $10m this financial year.

It's TSG who come up with the designs? Wouldn't it have been TSG who designed the simpler flowsheet, designs for the pre concentrate units etc?

I know of two NED's who left in the past 3 months - of course the company just completed a huge M&A activity so maybe their specialist skills are no longer required.

As for Pranagraf, as they are the technology company behind the equipment designed and installed in both plants in Madagascar, the equipment which has allowed capex to be almost half and opex to be massively reduced, aren't they entitled to mention Madagascar on their company profile? They do own 29% of Tirupati after all.

Some things worth noting, in 2017 an NPV of $500m+ was achievable at costs of $444/t for the graphite and over $5000/t for the SPG

C1 costs are now "significantly lower" than $360/t and the basket price is now over $1000/t compared to $798/t in the study.

Capex is also lower now. Capex for the SPG plant is quoted at $48m for 20ktpa whereas the MOU study with Urbix quote $10m for 24ktpa.

Urbix claim that their process can be up to 90% cheaper than other industry leading SPG technologies. If they can reduce the Opex from $5000/t to $500/t, the NPV of Montepuez increases massively. $2b NPV easily achievable

TGR are main market, not AIM.

This means they should release full year results 4 months after the end of the financial year. End of FY 2023 was 31st March so expecting FY results before the end of July. This would explain the delay in releasing a Q1 production update.

2022 was a covid year, companies were allowed an extra 2 months to report. Check the RNS's of companies Ondo or Mnrg where they talk about the 4 month deadline for EOY results.
