Ladies and gentlemen – to those voting “no,” could you please explain the reasoning behind your decision? We already have all the relevant information about what the GDR board is aiming to achieve. Voting “no” could potentially push the company into administration. The only motivation I can see is frustration, but I’d appreciate hearing your perspective.

Gloria, regardless of what anyone posts here, it’s unlikely to have any real impact on the share price. It does get frustrating to see the same assumptions repeated over and over. Some of his comments give the impression that he would be content to see other shareholders incur losses. It's disheartening to see that kind of negativity in the community.

Roger, I’d appreciate it if you could avoid making assumptions. Your constant negativity around GDR is becoming quite discouraging. It would be more constructive if you could wait patiently like the rest of us and contribute to a more balanced discussion.

All those who think GDR will go bankrupt, they are in dream land. Read this If a person or company has no debt, then generally, they cannot be made bankrupt, because bankruptcy is a legal process used to deal with insolvency — the inability to pay debts.

If Peel Hunt has advised the GDR Board of Directors, they are likely to have access to significantly more information than we, as private investors, do. With that in mind, it’s reasonable to believe there may be something positive on the horizon. Market makers appear to be capitalizing on the current uncertainty. There is still a considerable amount of time before the 15th of September.

From my perspective, the recent small raise at the new nominal price could indicate that the company is expecting positive developments. It wouldn't make sense to raise at that level unless management was confident that better news—and a higher share price—might soon follow. If good news does come, a stronger share price would allow for any future raises to be done on much improved terms, which is clearly in everyone's interest.

Roger, with all due respect, what many of us find truly unhelpful is the repeated posting of the same negative commentary day in and day out.

Most shareholders here are looking for constructive discussion, not persistent pessimism. Many of us remain confident in GDR's potential and believe there’s a strong chance of a positive RNS before the 15th of September.

You’ve stated that you voted 'No', which is of course your right—but continuously posting to undermine confidence in the company doesn’t serve the wider stakeholder group. If your intention is simply to sow doubt or frustration, I’d kindly suggest reconsidering your approach.

Let’s keep the discussion focused on facts, respectful debate, and shared goals. The majority of us are here to support the company and each other through both challenges and opportunities.

Perhaps GDR’s next toolkit should focus on cutting through the noise often found on this forum. The bar has certainly been set high—though not necessarily for the right reasons—by the trio of Gilliham, Gino, and Russ.

PSPD – I have concerns about Roger's mental and emotional stability. I attempted to place his name on the admission waiting list at a local mental health facility; however, due to recent NHS budget cuts, they are no longer accepting new referrals at this time. So for the time being, we are stuck with him, unless another read can help.

Jimi I have just over 4m now and may increase it 10m depending on the outcome of the Vote. Company have what NHS needs, but it's taking longer then we all like. Important things is let get the YES VOTE done.
