A Message to Fellow Shareholders

This is a sincere appeal from a long-suffering shareholder to all those who continue to endure the same hardships. I urge you to vote YES. Failing to do so could be detrimental to all of us and may ultimately lead to a total loss of our investments.

While many of us understandably have grievances with the Board of Directors, rejecting this vote only serves to harm ourselves. Regardless of how much your current investment is worth, we must act in the best interest of recovery and future value.

Please vote YES.

Additionally, I will be attending the General Meeting in Manchester and will formally propose that the Board of Directors take a 30% pay cut until we see significant and measurable improvements in the company’s performance.

Jimi I agree, if they manage to raise 1 or 2 ml, then we should be on good footing. There is a lot of good news in the pipe line, but it is taking longer them we all. Once the market knows, we have the funding for few more months, the SP will re-rate to around 1.5 to 2p. The problem is currently market have very little trust in the BOD, just like us poor PI's.

So I am around 37K down and I believe this has long way to go. I can see between 5 to 10p by next June, time is the essence.

GloriaMarket - Anyone here who will be voting against the resolutions?

Ans - You have to be totally mad to vote against, as all you be doing is putting the last nail in coffin. You do that and it curtains for all. I have 2,580,967 and intend to increase it to 4ML before the GM date. Once the dust has settled, this will come good. Currently BOD is running the company on shoe string. What I will ask from BOD for my support, is they take 30% pay cut, until we becomes profitable.

Jimi readers may think, I m mad but explain your below post

If the defer shares won't be admitted to trade, who will buy them and for what reason?

Jimi would they be like Shell A and B shares? Also they will have different SP? I have seen few companies like this

Jimi pls explain/help if the deferred shares can not be treaded, who will buy them, not explained well at all in the rns
