Many of the comments and posts from LTH of GDR Rogger contain misleading or unsubstantiated information. Several of us have asked him to clarify his position, but he has consistently refused to do so. It is a simple question: why would someone disparage a company in which they hold an investment? If shareholders believe the GDR Board of Directors has a hidden agenda, what might be Rogger’s hidden agenda? He repeatedly posts the same unfounded claims day after day.

I would also like to suggest that the London Stock Exchange implement an identity verification process before allowing users to post publicly. This would promote transparency and prevent individuals from creating multiple accounts to bypass bans or restrictions.

Slacker, I truly admire your thoughtful perspective, even amidst the challenges. What you can do is cast your vote—no matter how small your holding is—because every vote counts. Currently, there is a delay in submitting the application to the FDA. The GDR Board of Directors would like to gather all relevant data from NICE and the NHS to strengthen the application. With comprehensive data from the NHS and other organizations, we may be eligible for accelerated approval from the FDA. This would mean that once the application is submitted, the review process could take as little as three months.

To those who believe the Board of Directors should have reduced cash burn by taking pay cuts — have you ever actually reached out to them with that suggestion? It's easy to express frustration, but direct communication is more productive. Why not take the time to email them? They may not act on it, but at least you’ll have made your voice heard.
