Just to clarify, I don’t advise anyone to buy or sell — each investor must make decisions based on their own individual circumstances.

Personally, I’m currently down just over £60,000, and I’ve recently applied for an additional £10,000 worth of shares. I remain confident in the long-term potential of this investment. At this stage, it's a matter of patience and staying hopeful.

All resolutions at the upcoming AGM are expected to pass, as larger investors with significant holdings have been buying in to ensure the necessary support. Once the company secures adequate funding and receives the go-ahead from NICE/NHS, I believe the share price could see a significant rise.

Additionally, we have the FDA 510(k) clearance for Nova to look forward to — another potentially major milestone.

It’s hard to believe that those currently buying in are unaware of what may be in the pipeline. If — and it is a big if — the expected positive developments come through, this could truly be life-changing for many people.

My only advice: don’t let yourself be influenced by message board noise or individuals with a clear negative agenda, such as Roger.

Burtos you have lost nothing, it's only a paper loss. Currently my paper loss is around 60K and have added further worth of £4523 and will be buying more tomorrow. Nothing to fear at all, don't listen to doom mongers, have faith. After the AGM, this will be over 1p for sure. Things can't get/wont get any worse. Our friend Roger have always been doom mongers. He changes his opinion more often, then may be his young lady changes her knickers.!!

These people are with deep pockets and they don't worry about short term and we can assume, they had more knowledge then most of us. I say this will come good once the AGM is out of the way.

If they had investors lined up even before issuing an RNS (Regulatory News Service announcement), that generally suggests strong behind-the-scenes confidence and planning. That kind of pre-arranged support can be a bullish sign for shareholders.

And yes, if you're saying "the GDR will live on," that implies optimism about the company’s continuity—whether that's through successful funding, partnerships, or commercialization of their tech (like the MT-RNR1 test or other diagnostics).

If the company is unable to raise the necessary funds, there are two likely outcomes:

GDR could go under.

Major shareholders may step in and acquire GDR shares at £0.020–£0.040, providing the capital required for GDR to continue operating. This could potentially include Peel Hunt, who may also be a significant shareholder.

From previous experience—such as with Synairgen—I’ve seen this type of scenario play out. In that case, the fundraising target was set high, making it difficult for private investors to participate. TFG Asset Management stepped in, provided all the required funding, and took the company private. Some of us still hold shares in that company, and TFG continues to provide updates on progress. Could a similar outcome occur here?

It may be reasonable to set certain conditions for any new funding:

Dr. Gino Miele (CEO) should be replaced or moved to a role more aligned with his strengths, ideally on a reduced salary.

The entire Board of Directors should accept a 20% pay cut to ensure that new funds go further.

In summary, my stance for the proposal is based on how close we are to turning this into a success. Let’s not allow frustration or anger to cloud our judgment. Make no mistake—if GDR cannot raise the necessary funds, it’s the end of the road for all of us.

Roger has presented numerous theories, but unfortunately, he seems to have difficulty understanding the material. I requested that Roger wait for the next RNS update instead of continuing to share his unfounded opinions.

Professor they couldn't buy before and they can't buy now, as this would be closed period. Only they would know, at what price and how much to raise.
