Called into two CARD stores today in Newcastle upon Tyne.

Both stores were busy with queues to pay and most people were buying Halloween items and Christmas Cards !

It seems early to me for Christmas Cards ?

Hopefully going to be a Busy Christmas Season.

Mike Hazell forecasts PBT of 100M by 2027 which is what the Management team and Key staff share award scheme is based on.

If current trading continues to improve for the next financial year the share price will continue its upward trajectory and SAGA

Will return to the FTSE 250.

Then it gets really interesting !!

I’m not sure what the sweet spot for SAGA is !

The fundamentals are certainly very positive and other

than the US Markets falling over or Putin invading a NATO country I think the upside here is exceptionally good.

I’m not selling and looking forward to the

Good to hear you’re invested too.

I’ve been buying the Dips on CARD for a few years and have reinvested all of the dividends.

I don’t think CARD has the potential upside of SAGA but I think it’s cheap on a P/E 7.2 and a rerating must be coming soon. I would expect a P/E of 10 if the crucial 4thQ comes in on budget !

We all have our opinions but my take on the Interims is

“It’s exactly what has already been announced and should have been expected!”

Nice bonus was an above inflation increase in the interim Dividend which hopefully means the final will have a similar increase.

Given the retail environment in the U.K. I think Darcy and the CARD team are doing a good job.

CARD is trading on a P/E of 7.2 !!!!

Must be a rerating coming soon… 10 !

We all have our opinions on RDH strategy with SAGA.

Personally I think he now looks upon SAGA as a Cash Cow.

If he wanted to take SAGA private it would take a bid of 500p+

Why would RDH what to invest half of his Net Worth in SAGA when he’s in his late 70”s

He will retire as Chairman when the share price hits 600p in 2026 and come to our party.

In my time as a SAGA Shareholder I think this is the best weekly performance I have seen.

I am now in PROFIT !!!

I don’t intend to sell any shares as this has a long way to go.

Good set of numbers and the stand out for me is the £100m reduction in Debt.

I like and agree with your thought process Longtimeinvestor and I said something similar a few weeks ago.

Corryvreckan1 is switched on to Charts and market entry points and I quote his very eloquent response.

I think 22p rise in a day is the highest we’ve seen in 4 years !

I’ve said a number of times on this post that there is very little stock available and daily trades are small.

I think MM are fishing for stock before the results on the 24th September.

Hi Rupans, It was a new car and a different model.

I took the 3 year fixed price which also gives a lot of additional coverage. ie Driving in Europe.

The price I paid was less than previous car.

Service from SAGA is 1st Class.

We have Car Insurance, Travel Insurance &

Private Health Care.

I wish I could fly to the Med to board a SAGA cruise as they look great but they only sail from the South Coast and that’s a long way from Northumberland!

I’ve just bought a new car and once again bought

SAGA PLUS car insurance.

Fixed price for 3 years and competitive!

There’s a very interesting dynamic currently playing out with SAGA shares.

SAGA current Market Cap is £325.4M

The lowest current MC in the FTSE 250 are around £360M

When SAGA has risen another 12% it goes on the radar screen and if the share price continues its 2025 growth pattern SAGA will be admitted into the FTSE250 in the final quarterly review of 2025.

Then #FTSE 250 Tracker funds have to buy SAGA and there isn’t a lot of stock freely available so we could see substantial stock appreciation in Q1 2026.

This is worth keeping tabs on !

We SAGA shareholders have certainly had many bad weeks but this is the best trading week we have had since the 2021 high of 410p

SAGA is up 15.7% this week and up 101% from this years January low.

With figures due late September we may have another nice bounce to come.

I will be opening something special tonight !
