- the 2024 fund raising is not 'potential...T3 plus the first 2 tanchedof 2024 are going ahead

If Glencore was noble (🤣) they would buy 24m shares at a premium, say 30p per share. Yes, extrader, the whole paragraph is odd. Running on fumes and still discussions at this late stage. Will they discuss over weekend and come to an arrangement. What is going on here????

Since we are not in active discussions (apparently) and the company should update us next week, there should be an open period for Management share purchases. Maybe our CEO would like to demonstrate his belief and faith in the company by purchasing some shares. Since the company is raising more money by dilution again, this would enhance belief in the market that Zanaga is an investable entity with an exciting future ahead.

The dilution I can understand to cover running costs, but it will not cover FEED. So if FEED is not funded by other means on Monday I will be livid 🤬. The CEO has provided a timetable publicly. I will reserve judgement until then.

It could be that alwayshoping 🙂, or as I have previously theorised, that we are in the 'make us an offer stage' (all into has been presented). I prefer your version!

We know the company had 'active' discussions for at least 15 months from Jan '23 onwards. Then the updated FS came out and the company suddenly became chatty after having being uncommunicative to any previous communication. So the 'active' discussions had stopped. Why? Marty has now given presentations in at least 5 countries, so I think the story had changed to 'here are the facts' and 'you know what we want ' (from previous discussions), so MAKE US AN OFFER (and you all know there is competition for Zanaga, so make it good).

Well, the events of the last week leave me feeling the chances of an outright bid now are far higher. There is clearly a ot of undercurrent going on in the background . The Mail article is no accident.

Q3 the FEED was pencilled in for. Maybe he knows it will happen as Glencore will stump up a loan for it? Otherwise, if you take the RNS at face value, non of it makes sense. The Q3 was NOT a slip of the tongue as he specifically gave the whole time frame going forward. I cannot believe it was just a hubris comment.
