Cannot start construction before signing has occurred.

I have plenty of thoughts on the update, plus and minus, but I will not comment so as not to upset anyone, my current status will not be appreciated in that regard .

Another small cash amount for the company announced today, placing all done and dusted. Decks cleared for Villeta funding and project start as well as news on other project progress . Going to be a good end to the year as this grows into its potential, exciting 😀
