Jiving, I have a fundamentally different view to this process. They have been negotiating for 15 months now and will have come to a verbal agreement that this is happening in principle with strategic investors. Otherwise this process will have died a long time ago. Further, the previous RNS aiming for end March MOUs support this view. Yes, the recosting has taken longer, but I suspect they are working for an imminent signing date (hence no T3). This process is far in and underway, FEED has started. So, yes, no T3 probably means the announcement is highly imminent, otherwise we are running on fumes and in debt. If they did not believe this was happening they would not gamble on this leaving it this late with another long winded T3 selling (not a fast process).
