Yeah, I once held something until it went bust eventually. So you learn the hard way. Consider the warning signs carefully before you chase something down the plug hole. This company is great on many fronts but the ownership structure and control is the huge risk, imo. That is not to say that this may not still be a good investment, but at this point you would be foolish not to rethink it carefully. Good luck to all here, I hope it works for you.

Smoking gun? In 8 January holdings RNS Molecular Energies had reduced from 17% odd to 12.85% (and who controls that?). So if they are selling off their entire holding?

No indication at all that FEED is underway. Preparation for, probably. FEED costs money we do not have.

At a guess, to have any credible commitment to this project a partner/consortium would have to at least take a 10% or more of the company (at a discounted NAV); with further buyin clauses staged post FEED etc.

The FEED is Mickey mouse money. If a partner is not willing to commit any more than that it is not much of a commitment and we are still nowhere. They could later ditch the small investment they have made and run. I don't see it.

If you were right Driving then we are stuffed. All this strategic partner negotiation that has been going on for 2 years would have brought nothing if we are still struggling to get a paltry FEED funded. I don't see it.

Unfortunately your defence of that has failed.

So to help you out, there are no other projects of similar scale, premium quality and project readiness to be developed available out there. That is fact, Zanaga is a globally significant asset. Simandou is taken and underway and even that has lower quality than Zanaga. This has nothing to do with keyboard warriors blah blah. Simply back up your contentions with evidence.

From my experience the word "traction" when used in a RNS is a red flag. If they are still battling for traction at this stage when previously last year they indicated that seemingly everything was in hand and a formality. This could go down a lot more., depending where support will be found.

The reason I think of a steel consortium is the fact of Glencore's marketing rights . And Marty's various likes on Linked in. Stegra is another possibility.
