It is ridiculous how under the radar this still is; a $2bn dollar mine being financed, is a huge and amazing! Even now the share price and MCAP is still stupidly low..

I am going to wade in with one opinion (right or wrong). All this talk of going private, value and potential litigation on low ball offer. The way a judge would look at it..what is the value of last major transaction?..well, over half of company was sold for 4.16p per share recently so that is the benchmark. Anything above that going private is a reasonable offer, imo, is 4.16 p plus. GL all.

And the volume is still piddling. Foothills of the Andes I reckon ⛰️

AIM is just the most lax for rules.

RNS for the JSE and ASX, AIM is the only place now to buy these beauties. 😃

Be wary here, imo.

You never know, by mid April they would have 4.5 months (3 months was originally specified). It also depends how the handle the global turmoil. If they think interest rates may fall then they will have an incentive to get this deal through quickly ( Ie Lock in higher rate of repayment).

In this turmoil time, fertiliser is a safe bet commodity always in demand. Plus KP2 have done all the hard work to get to this point and the price is very cheap pre-term sheet financial offer, imo.
