If they have done as previously RNS'ed this should be absolutely raking it in at the current gold price...but have they, how badly can this have fff'ed up??? Fingers crossed.

· Under Summit's proposed financing structure, the Company will not contribute to the capital needed to build the Kola Project and will retain a 90% equity interest in Kola."

Bonus??What achieved milestones?? The continual delays in their funding, remember the bs RNS's last year saying construction starts in Dec 24? Be lucky if the FID is achieved by end of this year! And now they are fiddling about with power subsidiary/spin off. Ridiculous.

I think we all know this might double or triple MCAP very quickly. Hence the flurry of transactions.

So the BOD are well ahead of this issue.

I don't see the company retrieving any cash. This is just a step to retrieve the asset for a resale, imo. Quicker the better.

Prospects look good, earning on 2 projects now. Arbitration win, MCAP still super low, should be worth 3p plus min I reckon?
