Hi Rekash, the AIM market is so disbelieving and short term these days it is so hard to know. First we have to have the term sheet, hopefully stabilise above 3p ( we need to see how good or bad the offer is, this is critical)? Eventual signing of offer, stabilise 4 -8p range? We need proper institutional investors otherwise this just spikes. All pure guesswork..

No, the company is cashed up. I am free of another share (ZIOC) and fully invested here. My post was confusing 😃

Cashed up and all set for the financing term sheet delivery. When the chairman of the board wants in for $0.5m it is a good sign, imo. This share at this time deserves far greater attention, a sleeper! I am making the most of it anyway (now I am free 😁).

It all looks very nice, sure. This already has a high NPV (that is not the problem) and has been studied to death. Yet it needs more studies, you have to laugh. This might be worth a punt for me at end Q2, but I am not buying back in tomorrow. Deadlines and timetables inevitably slip and I will do other things before this becomes potentially exciting again down the road. The market hates waiting, remember, good luck all.

Anyway, I am totally out now. The original reason for investing is gone now (value disconnect). We have had our fabled take over, over half of company for 4.1pps. They have a lot to do to convince this is now worth more than this imo . Starting a mine is a long and arduous process and risky. Can't hang around waiting forever. I will treat this a bog standard trading share now. I might buy in again if the news excites tomorrow and there is a trade to be made. Good luck all . It could have been so much more. I hope the new strategic investors/opportunists enjoy their feast.

I know I have been fairly critical of recent events but on the positive side from the 3 March RNS MK said..

'We will now launch a formal process aimed at assembling a project funding and execution consortium."

If they have a clear and tangible plan this could be really good going forward! 😃

Anybody else notice the last few days, it appears there is a big buyer lurking. They move the sell price up and then drop it again repeatedly. And that sell price has been inching up ..

All this song and dance about strategic partners ending up being a gaggle of bit-investors. We were all fooled, mea culpa. Is there anything actually concrete on the table? Probably not?? I don't know.

I would call it the multi-billion discount way to buy expertise. Not the way I would do it. Too expensive 😆

To be fair, there is at difference buying at 3.51p when it is 3.51p, versus buying at 4.1p when the price is 8p plus. We would all like guaranteed profit and there was no knowledge of Glencore's goodbye when it was at 3.51p. It's highly disappointing they only got 4.2p per share and passed on Glencore's fire sale bargain price to a list of friends a d family, imo. Not cool. Retail got shafted again, just for the record.

I have a great deal of sympathy for that point of view; it is entirely rational. However good luck with that as the removal of Glencore, despite the searing cost and pain, opens entirely new vistas of opportunities here. Question is, have they a tangible plan in hand or are they simply winging it? Find out next week 🤞
