Yes its from connections from certain stables and you can be sure that other stables also have confidence in their horses. If anyone could predict with confidence they would be very rich. Harry is not saying this horse will win but he is telling us that it is fit and has a good chance. We are not professional gamblers but it is good to know that a horse you are backing has more than 3 legs.
