Harry. Surprised you didn't get the nod from RW for SPINNING ROSE today as it was obvious to me that it was a stable job. Blinkers did the trick and won nicely. Well backed into 5s from 8s before the off. I quite often look for RW riding a horse with first time or changed headgear. Paid off nicely today

KNIGELK- PP don't appear to do cash out on Irish Racing as I would have strongly considered it although I had noticed my 3rd selection had been well backed and I thought it would have at least got a place which would probably have been better than the cash out. Will never know.

The OR rating under the Form link if the horse has run enough times to be given one and Spotlight link for previews I fancy RED BOX in the 3.00 Ling. to beat Gothic Empire and Whalweigh Station is a bit in and out but would qualify as an EW punt on its rating and SP. "Not always the most resolute at the business end and failed to build on 6f Lingfield (AW) third when only mid-division at same venue latest (7f); career score just 1-36 and no more than minor frame claims".

I bet with PP and went through the racecards reading their preview comments and ended up comsidering what they said along with the horse ratings, and ended up with those selections. Always looking for some value at the same time and doing EW, so the price is also a consideration and I normally look for something around the area of 8-1 to 12-1 Ish

Thanks for tips Harry. I bet with PP and they paid out on 4th for Profitable but that was normal EW bet. Not sure about placepot though.

Good Morning emblaze. Regarding getting stuck on the rails. I tend to agree with you. Its always best to check the draw as that can be quite significant, especially in sprints on a non straight course. Chester is a good example. Low drawn horses on a left handed track seem to do best in the sprints there. Some jockeys like to get on the inside against the rail in the hope that a gap will appear there on the final turn and if the horse is a strong finisher it can pay off, but a bad draw can get a horse penned in behind runners and the chance is gone.
