I know 4 people who have had vaccines with severe symptoms after 3 weeks. Really worried about my daughter now who is under 30 , works for the NHS and has had the AstraZeneca vaccine... Read today we may be changing our tack on who this is given to.
We need alternative treatments quickly so we can treat people who get ill and prevent vaccine rollout to those under 50...

Yeah various investors will be bed & breakfast various holding today making use of profits and losses...

Reinfections will become very high as mutations do the rounds.
Something I was reading yesterday cast doubt on the RNA's for the elderly and we know Oxford AstraZeneca is only 10% effective against the new mutations...
Other treatments are desperately needed so we can resume our normal lives, come on Synairgen and the others as we have a global population of billions not millions.

All companies do deals on prices, its a volume game.
1 day average cost in a UK hospital is £400 without specialist care, once you add in specialist care you will be up to £1,000 per day before you know it, some covid19 patients have spent months in hospital so £2-3k for an at home treatment is cheap by comparison.

You're right that holding a stock for so long makes no sense but large investors take considered punts and based on the evidence to date, holding Synairgen and buying when you get opportunities like yesterday makes perfect sense.
Ocado and other shares rose based on the order from home and its market is limited, Covid19 is global and the market for SNG001 is exponentially greater...

And that's not including long covid...

Don't forget the home trial...

India is a massive market, 1.2+ Billion people, that's the USA and Europe combined...

You have to remember as well that Synairgen already have FDA approval that the drug is safe

Agree, I am filling up the tank with more synairgen shares...

We should all be looking at India... Their population is over 1.2bn and until now the world had thought like with Germany in the early days that they had got away with it. Their case numbers could reach over 1m a day if it spreads unchecked and their economy is such that they won't get furlough payments or lockdown in the short term.
Unfortunately poverty will play a big part in India's fortunes but it will effect the worlds vaccine supplies...

AIM shares always suffer from fluctuations in price. There is no news to drive the price at the moment but as we get closer to April anticipate some news. We know it works, just need some additional positive data based on larger trial.
The news that UK going for a booster vaccine in September strengthens argument for SNG and other treatments to help us keep people alive.

Last time we had this, the price suddenly shot up and last I checked Covid19 is on the rise again...

Unlike the vaccines this isn't being rushed...

Woodstock1970 there will be a shift into Bonds by the large institutions which has already started but this is normal for this time of the year.
The most worrying thing at the moment is India, this is where most vaccines are coming from and their second wave which is full of mutations (multiple in one person) could be a blow for all of us.
SNG001 already has FDA approval which is a blessing as we are going to need this and other treatments...

Watching any share daily is a recipe for disaster. SNG shares are not effected by the stock market as the price is based on their inclusion in various trials and the potential lives SNG001 could save.
I brought shares at 175p, 155p, 95p and have held some of these since last year, I will be adding more shortly if the price drops again. With the new waves and mutations of the virus we are going to need treatments like SNG001 and others.
Keep the faith and ignore the bears and trolls on this site!

We have spent over £40bn on track and trace with some consultants getting £6k a day... That could be 2-3 SNG001 treatments, sounds like good value to me :-)
