A company has a product based on a discovery. The IP is established, a patented health claim. So, it has a value, whatever that may be. Then, through further research a further patent is added, so two pieces of IP. Does that increase the value? Another patented claim is added, further IP. Further value? And another patent (still pending?), further IP.The newest of the claims has still to be established as a consumer product in the market, but it is applicable to a health condition that affect liteally billions of earth's population.

Yes, you can arrive at a valuation of IP by looking backwards, when most of the patents had no effect on consumers. Looking forwards creates an entirely different scenario IMHO.

Well, setting aside the much larger trades of a week or two ago, my read of the situation is that most shareholders don't consider Provexis to be in a hole. Your perspective is at one extreme of general sentiment, and I can't see any evidence of a rush for the exit, rather that most have been neither buying nor selling. I'm basing that on a glance at trades each day over a long period. Don't misunderstand, almost everyone is here to see potential realised. The promotional arm of DSM still points strongly towards that potential being increased by the addition of further health claims and patents.

So, DSM regard Fruitflow as "all to play for", you regard it as "game over". We all make our own choices based on our opinions.

A reasonable reply would be that Provexis Retail is a little more transparent than Provexis Global. We've always known that DSM don't disclose their dealings.

Going forward, now that Holland & Barrett are listing Provexis Fruitflow + Omega3 both online and in their 600+ shops, and assuming the launch of Fruitflow + NO, which may also go straight in to H&B, are you prepared to speculate what turnover could be over, say, the next two periods beginning Oct18 ?

On my Fruitflow + Omega3 monthly order, the difference between the previous month's serial number showed a marked gain. The differential has increased each month. Therefore, it is my personal assumption that sales of the Provexis Retail brand are increasing

Provexis Retail now includes the sales made by Holland & Barrett, therefore I expect the revenues to form a more significant proportion of the whole, going forward. Holland & Barrett say that they will promote the product, using the Provexis title, and will train pointy of sale staff in the health benefits of Fruitflow +Omega3. This should create increased exposure of the product, and the brand
