Last year, DSM sold most of the Fruitflow, and gave a share to PXS.
This year, PXS sell all the Fruitflow, and don't have to share it with anyone.

Could this morning's trade be a hint regarding stock financing?

Optimism at this scale hasn't been expressed here previously without attracting the attention of the bashing crew. From the evidence presented it does appear that this time the potential can be more fully appreciated. Fruitflow is a product that will soon have truly global reach, with the support of serious promotional activity. I share your view Dr H, wouldn't want a buy out to occur just as the long road to rapid commercial expansion appears to have reached an inflexion point. Not that we PI's will have much say in the matter. the only thing missing at present is share buying volume. Seems that many are awaiting real, tangible reports.

I agree, you can speculate, but then so can the shorters. Only defined, verified data can really get things moving IMHO. I think that the webinar will continue with the optimism and reassurance, but this is a long term production test to explore how the well performs on a continuous basis, in order to state with certainty what revenues could be expected from this specific well, and add greatly to the knowledge of what there is down there. Extremely valuable, but not a quick fix. That's the way oilies work.

Realistically, next news could be quite a while. That old stuff has got to flow on a consistent basis, and be analysed, logged and predicted. Then they can tell us what this well has got, and interpret how that can be added to the knowledge of the resource. If it's good, the experts see a 20 fold increase in value. Which would be rather nice.

Seems that it may have been a tactical prepack to escape some of the costs that were weighing heavily on the previous owners. Keep the best sites, let the creditors go sing for their money. Legal of course. Is MW keen to compete with his old firm, or is there a merger in mind?

The first one wouldn't put any undue strain on reserves, the next two will be dependant on inflows from repeat orders. It's a whole new dynamic, we're now a trading company with regular cashflow requirements, balancing stock levels with projected demands. As you say Gix, some further updates would help us to appreciate how the transition is progressing.

Clearly this amount of funds doesn't get them mining. A major amount will be needed to equip a state of the art modern mine, a sum which will dwarf what they are spending so far. I doubt that Beowulf are big enough to get the mine to completion, but I guess there are major miners who will take over when all the nasty waiting for the reindeers to move has been completed.

The higher sp is solely due to some buys at higher prices, and increased volume.
