The write up is brilliant, science presented in an understandable way.
Good to see activity in the USA, it should have happened a long time ago, but the new gut biota angle give the opportunity to put it before the industry afresh.
You may well think it, but you're in an evidence free zone.
All trades are transfers, between a buyer and a seller, with the MM's in the middle to create some level of liquidity.
That trade, at that price, could have been wither a buy or a sell, but there ought to be a balancing trade, MM's wouldn't keep one on the books for very long at all.
Could be, but there was the re iteration that a raise may be necessary.
If the stock doesn't have the required shelf life, I assume that they can elect not to take it.
I'm sure that IF is fully aware of the lack of certainty felt by many, and I hope that the plan is working out after this major shift in the business model of Provexis.
The old list will be irrelevant now.
We can all see what By Health are about, they are a mega company with stellar growth. They have featured Fruitflow in future plans, and say that the necessary Chinese regulatory work is nearing completion. As ever, a further health benefit has been added to the long list, and as a consequence, the patenting and regulatory submission work gets delayed again. Everyone can see the potential if ByHealth give it the promotional work that they have done with their other, highly successful, products
My regular packet arrived yesterday, on the dot efficiency. I wouldn't have the time to be trawling around looking for a discount. Need the China demand to give the home market the funding to properly expand direct sales. I thought we may see By Health launch properly this springtime, but nothing yet.
Will it?
Quirky way to do it then.
Someone a fair while ago was telling us they were buying in this manner, can't remember who.
Not that it matters, a few buys are welcome while we all ponder the financing requirement. personally, I wish we had just got it done when first informed, the dust would have well and truly settled by now, and we'd know funding was no longer an imponderable.
Don't agree Bern. Gixer, DrH and sphinx are kind enough to share product info that they've taken the time to unearth.
Me, I just talk about it from a business perspective, which I do have a fair bit of experience in.
But hey, **** away, knock yourself out.
Don't really see the point of analysing financials by using assumptions and projections based on zero information.
We've all known about the financing probability since the last update, it's held back buying, and will continue to do so until resolved. I totally get where they're coming from when they say they want to avoid dilution, but the company has to be adequately resourced to deal with what we all hope is a very sharp upturn of demand when By Health get going.
Dr H, I've seen your profit predictions. Wish I could be in agreement with you, but I can't, not until a full blown national launch in China supported by full regulatory approval. Short term, I can see impairment of stock value if it isn't turned over in quick order. I'll admit that's reading between the lines, and I'm more than happy to be wrong.
Never viewed it as a rivalry. PANR drilling gave them some vital data, hopefully their drill will enhance knowledge of the whole strata. Certainly plenty of market for the production of both, their success would only improve confidence in the whole zone, So, good luck to them, although they're in more difficult territory for a result in the short term IMHO
As marmaris, and many others, know, this is how oilies roll. The Looeys of this world are just doing a job, supporting those trying to rip the ****e out of the sp by disrupting the boards and abusing long term posters. Its a crappy means of employment, but may be all that's available to them.
For the rest of us, we got an absolute mountain of information in the webinar, we know the reputations of recently joined board members, and we are placing our cash accordingly. Looey wants to make folks doubt their judgement. If he succeeds, I suggest that those who have sold up have been mugged off by him. But, each to their own, this is a game for adults.
