All conjecture, but just another point if I may.
Invoice financing, or factoring, usually costs around 5% if the invoice is to a blue chip company, perhaps less is also covered by an export guarantee scheme. If the invoice is a substantial one, it would be devastatingly easy to present a lender with a profit forecast, so easy I could do it in about ten minutes, having done so on many occasions over the years. Ian Ford has far more ability in that area.
If it is a call on shareholders, it should be the last unless the business moves up to a very high level. An offer to all holders would be my preference, easy to see that it could be over subscribed given the news flow that would be attached to it
