No Bern, I just expressed my take on where the company has gone under the new management. Covid is partly responsible of course, but they got carried away with borrowing, and made some acquisitions at the wrong time IMHO. The old board had learned that being over indebted when things go quiet is dangerous, my buys then at sub 10p were highly risky.

Having said that, I don't see the barmily named company as doing anything other than either biting off more than they can chew, or trying to destabilise a rival. They do have a shareholder with clout, but other than that I can't see any compelling reason to do anything except send them back out on the prairies to graze. Or " go eat ***^"in other words

As a Mission holder, this looks more like an attempt to de stabilise than a serious offer.

Mission has a weakness in over borrowing, but, in all other respects, would contribute far too much to the enlarged group to settle for the pittance suggested. I don't think this oddly named outfit has deep enough pockets, but we'll see.

I'm in profit, and own too many to try trading.

When all shares are traded by AI, and no emotion or aspect of differing human interpretation is involved, it may then work, although I doubt it. I've read so may believers over the years, all of you must be as rich as Croesus by now, and far to busy to argue on a mere chat board.

Not everyone has seen it all be wrong more times than it's right. the myriad factors that can, and do, influence share price movement could never be charted with any degree of accuracy. It's a belief system, and believers can never accept criticism of it. That's normal.
