The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
i wonder if the offer is coming ? Or is it too late now as the AGM is early next week
The offer is due by midday today...about 1 hr .....?
So no definite offer at 41p has been made....just considering making an offer.....that explains people sggst this is heading south ...thanks ....will sit on the sidelines
Are you saying that actually no BID has been made...or any bid that has is a bluff
Although not invested here yet im looking on with puzzlement...perhaps Alexios or anyone else can explain to me in more detail why this may head south and under 15...... in simple terms the offer of 41 seems good/fair but this sp hasnt pushed up anywhere near 40 so why is that i wonder..... do we smell a rat? whats going on behind the scenes that prevents this pushing on .....yesterday it turned from 28 heading down and thus far its not doing much...whats going on everyone?
as its all doom and gloom on here now ..... probably reality .....it seems people are tipping this to slip further.....think i will hold on and sit this one out for a day or two....
isnt it but as noted below £500 isnt a huge amount and if it continues to dip I cant see a huge fall .....umm decisions.... im already in two oilies that arent doing too well (fogl & solo) shall I dip my toe in here...at least the oil price seems to be heading north..... umm might hang on another 1/2 hour and see whats happening....current price to buy is about .83
Thats seems fair calculation ..... doesnt look so so bad now however the Question is will things continue to slide or can it recover?
albeit painful ones ..... nwr does seem in dire straights ..... how low can this go, can it survive with new shares.....
Okay, if youve reached this DRTY chat board you were probably like me looking for KESA......kesa as a company have had a name change to Darty ....hence DRTY .....I had to phone up Kesa in London to find out what was going on.....not sure if there were any posts on the old Kesa, but anyway your on the right page now if your looking for KESA.....which are trading at about 42p.....
