RE: Remember CellCube aka Stina?27 Nov 2018 08:23
The more I look into Cellcube/Stina the more I am amazed at the desperate game of catchup that they appear to have been engaged in. Just looking at the press releases from this year
First in february there was:-
Stina Announces Purchase of Assets of Battery Manufacturer Gildemeister GMBHr
Under the terms of the asset purchase agreement announced in November 2017, the Company agreed to purchase
the assets of Austrian based Gildemeister Energy Storage GMBH, for €5,210,000 (CDN$7,788,950) plus
applicable value added tax...
In addition, Stina agreed to fund the operations of the insolvent company. Stina has advanced the initial down
payment as well as €1,040,000 (CDN$1,580,138) for operational costs to closing.

Then also in february:-
Stina Acquires Jet Power & Controls
Under the terms of the Definitive Agreement, Stina will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares
of Jet Power and Controls in exchange for 6,000,000 common shares of Stina. In addition, Stina will provide
$1,000,000 in operating funds to enable the company to fill immediate production orders.

Then in May their investment in Braggawatt (' to empower efficient Cellcube adoption '):-
" a strategic relationship with, and US $1.95 million investment in, Braggawatt Energy Inc. (“Braggawatt”)"

Then in June they decided to spin-out their Vanadium exploration projects:-
"Bisoni Mackay and Bisoni-Rio in Nevada, USA, into a newly formed subsidiary called Vanadium23 Corp. (“Vanadium 23”)." - a rather obvious copy of cobalt27.

Then in July they complete the acquisition of Pure Vanadium Corp - one of the companies that has the license to use the PNNL mixed acids electrolyte.

Then 3 weeks ago their shares are suspended for not supplying audited accounts in time

It all smacks of a frantic attempt to catch up to Bushveld's integrated Vanadium+VRFB business model, but without a producing mine, established business partners, or sufficient oversight of their financials. Really, really desperate stuff.
