I think we should leave this a week to see if any TR1's or announcements come out and then if not I will contact the company to suggest that they remind all shareholders of their notification responsibilities.

There are some pretty big changes there from the version that was shown on the 14th of January

1) Acacia resources dropped by 15 Million from 85,598,644 (7.64%) to 70,598,644 (6.30%) - why no TR1 ?

2) No Mr and Mrs J.R. Borromeo listed - they were at 37,969,130 (3.39%) - now apparently not listed or below Equiniti at no 10 (31.5M = 2.81%) - perhaps Nick can confirm if they would need to issue a TR1 if they had sold down past the 3% threshold

3) Golden Summit now precisely 65M though were not shown at all on the 14th Jan

Might 1 & 2 have gone to 3 ?

It is likely that these companies will have been snapped up not because they have any particular technology but because they have customer sales pipelines and will to some extent have some early mover advantages. However it also means that it is likely that they will have already established all the relationships they are ever going to be wanting, and that this will be with providers of the nice and warm lithium-ion batteries.

Oh well there are plenty more fish in the sea and the spoils don't always go to the first in the market. Ask betamax about that.
