Regardless of this there will be some that have no idea about the business and think that now is a good time to sell shares. Please could you wait a week or two so that I have my wife's ISA ready to buy Bushveld.
Still very low volumes and the SP is zipping up now. We'll see if this is simply a spike to get exuberant buyers to pay over the odds or if the MMs have any idea where they are going to get these shares from.
Pinecone - the germans have plenty of VRFB knowhow and manufacturing in their own country so yes I can see that it might be political suicide to be seen to be encouraging buying VRFB's from the UK at present. It is indeed unfortunate for RedT but it is true.
yep thanks knuttie already back on- obviously the old turn it off and then on again, with the added interest of wiggling a paperclip around in some almost invisible hole. Dontcha just love technology
Note these grades are whole rock quoted percentages - the V2O5 is found in the magnetite and so can easily be separated from the rest of the crushed rock. The magnetite comprises something between 30% and 60% of the useful seams and so the V2O5 concentration in the magnetite works out at >1.4%, in some cases >2.4% - this is all relevant because it means that you need to process less useless rock through the salt roast part of the extraction process (see Ophidian's article on the subject of processing:- https://www.thebushveldperspective.com/blog/public-articles-1/post/vanadium-production-at-vametco-an-overview-380 )
Whilst many early explorers try making out that they should be valued on a fraction of the value of every single atom of useful mineral in their greenfield deposit there is a long way to go from that to actually mining the stuff. However if you do want to work out BMN's total contained Vanadium resources it would work out at:-
Vametco 799 kT + Brits possibly the same size resource Mokopane 1293 kT
So you are looking at a conservative amount of V2O5 in excess of 2 Million Tonnes, possibly getting on for 3 Million Tonnes. For our US cousins who insist in doing everything in pounds and ounces that is between 4.5 and 7 Gigapounds
