... they knew that all the analysts would be on their way down to Indaba and that thursday was the ideal time to catch them before they moved onto Capetown. This set the optimum date for this visit and everything else flowed back from that - mine, processing plant, battery all needed to be made available and fully operating for when everyone was visiting. Presentations needed to be written and printed off, transportation, access to Eskom, hotels, dinner and coordination with other conference the same day (in Mikhail's case) all needed to be done.

I did note the suggestion on this board that Chika may 'only work half time'. Having seen exactly what she had to do for the site visits, and in meetings the next day I find that a particularly misinformed suggestion - she is clearly working her socks off and is a key member of the team at head office. Every single analyst and their team clearly knew her form before this visit.

Roscon - no the visits last week clearly took a massive amount of organisation and would have had to be organised months in advance. These communications today are merely an extension of that programme.

Ophidian - I only mentioned Invesco and 100 million shares because that is what one of the SA investor's asked me.

I would have thought that Invesco could have bought shares direct from the LSE - but then our SA investor pointed out that that constituted an out of country investment, of which there are limits in SA - so being listed on the JSE suddenly opens up a whole load of SA institutional and private investors who can now invest in BMN.

Even Themba, ninjamagic's and my taxi driver in Johannesburg, might be looking to invest given the glowing explanations that both of gave him of Bushy.

I forget exactly how many shares they may have left though - perhaps not enough if someone like invesco really wanted to take 100million

Yellow dragon are in control of them. The suggestion made by others here is that they would be happy to sell their shares as part of the JSE launch - after all the do have form in helping us and then being ready to politely take their leave

Kevkan that is a fair point - no dilution if yellow dragons shares get offered up on jse launch as they have already been issued into the market. One of the South African investors asked exactly this - how would a big institution like invesco buy 100million shares ?
