RE: Technically looking good...16 Feb 2026 18:26
Im fairly new here so have no idea who this guy Rob is. All id say is its irrelevant when others buy or sell unless they're PDMR's...
We each have our own sell targets and timescales and needs for free cash but what is common for all are the cold hard numbers which dont lie.
Kefi fies have a NPV of 17p today
Saudi assets are worth over Β£100m minimum
AISC is 1,400 dollars per ounce
There remains risk of course but the gold price falling below 1400 dollars per ton isn't one of them.
Kefi have got funding secured but if for whatever reason the 2 additional royalty streamers bail, I dare say chancery will happily plug that gap so the risk of inal final final pennies not arriving is miniscule.
There then remains only the execution risk, primarily delays caused by any unforseen issues including civil unrest somehow spilling over from Tigray all the way to Tulu kapi but
1. This is likely to be resolved in June referendum
2. Is nothing more than a few skirmishes anyway
3. If Tulu kapi was in london, then this area of conflict would be in Milan. Take a 50% discount on NPV for this risk and you still get 8.5p per share net present value.
So like I said the numbers don't lie. Would encourage people to use their heads and not be concerned with what others are doing. Ride your winners, us retail punters don't get many!
