Any reason for the fall in SP over the past week? Seems from latest update all is doing well but then appointing a new broker, is it because market fears a placing?

Thanks. Hopefully marks the end of a pullback we really should not of had given the news. News on Saudi next week hopefully and move to main market plus new CEO would be great even just notifying us of the intention.

Rydog, I think results are largely irrelevant in that it should be clear to all that AFC need a cash injection this year. Im certain a quick review of the burn rate and cash position will make that obvious and people should know about it now really unless their living in the dark.

Whats not known is HOW that money will be raised, if John mentions leveraging the tech to generate deals then we could assume no placing or only very small placing would be needed. That would be hugely positive for sentiment. Lot of good news released lately so I do hope/expect he has held some back to surprise us with next week also which would balance out any possible negative impact of the need for cash.

If things keep looking positive ill be adding again after the results. So far so good

Its called breakout trading and people do it all the time. Stock has broke the 13.5p resistance formed by the gap down last year. I doubt its helicon as they will close based on fundamental news not temporary movements of a chart. Or of course they would have a stop loss but you would expect it to be higher than here as aim sentiment can cause wild swings

Whatever the cause the effect is the same. SP retracing from key resistance point. The news was used by some as liquidity to offload into. Fine. Im sure price will retest and break through 2p this year so holding firm. News maybe on Saudi next would be nice.

I can see these shares falling back temporarily now but the starting gun has been fired and within 2 years that mine is going to be retiring people with the nuts to put enough in and just hold it. That said sentiment is a powerful thing and I do see price falling back so im looking at add to my position around 1.5 or 1.6p. Don't see it any lower than that barring an all out war kicking off. So the risk reward here is insane. Good luck all

Maybe if company doing better than expected it will command a price higher than is potentially currently on the table hence company are extending deadline for this

Or the reverse could be true of course. It seems to me the results will be pretty important and im curious as to what people's expectations are. I only bought in for the takeover potential at 180 or 170p ish can't remember and have derisked considerably so dont know this company or follow it at all really

This war isn't as minor as people here are saying i dont think. Its gaining traction and despite kefi being hugely undervalued it isnt going to stop people selling out of fear dragging the price down. But its ok as I have powder dry for the very purpose of buying into weakness here.

If this war does kick off proper though it could impact TK as you never know about drone strikes and supply cut offs, infrastructure damage etc and all the knock on effects so people shouldn't just dismiss it.

Personally I think its low risk at this stage and minimal initial impact but watching closely for any escalation. If price drops with no escalation ill buy. If price drops because of escalation I'll sell. Simple plan

Im not expert but this time it seems serious as Ethiopia has moved soldiers that were fighting the FANO insurgency and the central government will almost certainly lose ground in Amhara.

The president prime minister of Ethiopia, Abiy Ahmed in a recent speech decrying Eritrean support to Ethiopian rebels also stated that Ethiopia needs to secure access to the ocean, specifically the port of Assab. So we might see a major war in the horn of Africa as neighbouring countries, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE get dragged into another conflict. These nations already had a proxy war in Sudan.

I believe the risk is priced in here as kefi is way to cheap but seeing these things in the media will hurt sentiment if nothing else. Holding firm. For now.
