When will afc be ebitda positive and when will they actually turn a profit? It's OK having deals signed and memorandum of understanding and off take agreement etc but it needs to translate to hard cash for this to have a sustainable valuation it is all hope hype and potential until then

Personally is like to see 4th cohort and a complete response so we don't go to 5th 6th or 7th cohort etc..

But a 4th cohort would give a cumulative dose higher than the previous max cumulative dose delivered by ava6000

Touk, cautious is always wise on aim and the share price performance gives a concern agree. The lft is comparing apples with orange and we have new leadership now so that point should be dead and buried. Please drop it now. It's being sold off. It was a mistake. End of.

As for av6k I think even you agree it is significantly safer than straight dox right? You do agree on that.

So the only question is, is the efficacy at least as good as straight dox because if so then av6k replaces dox as standard of care. That's a given. If it's at least as efficacious why would any doctor prescribe straight dox with awful side affects again for no reason.

For me the above is clear and so is it for you? What is your view on that?

We can then debate forever about whether av6k is MORE efficacious and whether the pipeline is any good etc but all that is cherry on the cake stuff. If av6k replaces straight dox as standard of care anyone buying at this price is as close to certain of seeing many multiples on there investment as you can get

Dox will be dox there are vesicant levels in the tumour. The bar to replace dox is extremely low. Av6k is already superior the only question now is how much better and what does the pipeline look like as the MOA is proven. I don't get your negativity

The reason the trial has taken so long is due to the overwhelming success. Just look at the strength of dox now being administered, it would kill patients if it were straight dox!

No side effects, barring patients being tired of traveling to the clinic.

Patients who shouldn't even respond to dox at this stage in their diseas seeing major tumour reductions.

They clearly still think HCI payment will be in shares and they can close lower.

I think if we had of breached 85p they would have been fully out as looks like they started to sell at that point

Why doesnt Avacta just announce now to the market what they are doing?

If paying in shares fine issue them early now before price keeps dropping as it will with uncertainty

And if avacta are paying in cash then great, announcing now or announcing next week will catch people out all the same so just get on with it!

Hi Dom, no I believe there has been a recent investor presentation for institutional investors. The presentations went down extremely well and the IIs are now opening significant positions. I don't believe this rise has triggered a short squeeze yet...that's still to come! #avct

Moa is proven and its already safer than straight dox so its already better.

Av6k will be replacing straight dox as standard of care its inevitable now.

The only question us how good does thing get for avacta.

This could really fly if GSA have not closed there short as everyone knows it will be killing them. Could we see a short squeeze followed by confirmation next heights payment in cash followed by pipeline reveal followed by science day followed by licensing deal etc etc...

This next few months should see avacta share price at all time highs in my honest opinion.

ok so I am clear then the Q2W is now dosing the 3rd cohort of patients i.e. they keep increasing the dosage in each cohort and have not found any DLT. These patients are anthracycline naieve right? and they are being dosed every 2 weeks.

1st cohoort complete ok

2nd cohort complete ok

3rd cohort now started

is the above correct? I think so but please confirm.

So after cohort 3 is complete then what, do we go to cohort 4 or is that it, we end at cohort 3. I think we end at cohort 3 but be great if you could remind me.

So then at end of cohort 3 which is a matter of weeks away now, avacta will have all the data they need and will know the best dosing strength and frequency but this is just on soft tissue sarcoma right?

So then why dont they just go straight into phase 2 with soft tissue sarcoma and get on with it - genuine question.

It seems if i have understood that we are then doing what is called an expansion cohort, 3 of them where we will be using the optional dosing strength and frequency we found and using that in 3 separate cancers (yet to be determined which ones) and then whichever cancer shows the best response, I guess that is the one we take into phase 2?

where i keep getting confused is with all the Qw2, Arm 1, Phase 2, cohort 3, expansion cohort 2 etc.. it just baffles me and I dont know where we are. I would like fellow investors to explain it to me that s all. Thats what these chat boards should be for sharing and learning not like most people who just use them to argue.

Phase 1 trial was every 3 weeks soft tissue sarcoma patients who have been pretreated

Now we are at what stage of trial, still phase 1? or 1b whatever you call it.

That is avacta dosing patients every 2 weeks and these patients haven't had any prior treatment right?

Are they still soft tissue sarcoma patients?

What exactly is a expansion cohort, is that other cancers or indications as they are called?

So are we now treating other cancers every 2 weeks?

I just find it all confusing with regards to phase 1 arm 1 cohort 2 blah blah

I just need a bit of help to wrap my head around all this so am asking for genuine help as a genuine investor that wants to invest more money but i am a bit simple
