The SP has dropped over 20% in the last two days. That to me is a concern. My maxim is out at 15% drop then wait and review and yes have reinvested in other current holdings which are running well at the moment. I took healthy profits at 14p so rather revist when payment is confirmed etc. at this point.

Valid questions which any sensible investor should ask at this point and I recommend you do.
Can see this has long term potential but personally have sold out for now and will revisit once news from China is updated.

To add to my post yesterday and this morning following my conversation with Dan Gooding yesterday, these are some questions fellow investors may want to consider/ask at the AGM, if, in fact anyone here is planning to attend.
Why has a broker not been appointed yet? - Do the brokers you want to deal with have issues with the pharma market in China at the moment?
If New Summit's payment is delayed further what impact will this have on your ability to take projects forward? Would you consider a share dilution?
In terms of PR and Investor Relations - do you see a need to strengthen this area?

I was told an update before the AGM would be considered. I did not feel it helpful to share more than that yesterday and decided it was best to let the company speak for itself. I am not being disingenuous or misleading, simply measured.
That said, the post you reposted re. New Summit mirrors what was said. The takeover has clearly caused a delay in payment which Nuformix are dealing with.

I also contacted the company and was rather surprised to speak to Dan Gooding directly. I am not going to repeat our conversation except that it helped me to consider next steps. Next Tuesday will hopefully bring more clarity. He was very helpful and open and an update is likely to be posted soon.

Kenneth Clarke is one of the few real politicians with character (as in intelligence and conduct) left. I don't think he's doing too badly at 79 going on 80 either! Let's see what we look like after 50 years of politics:}

What we do know is the AM has 11 storage tanks and can hold a total of 98073m3. We know at the moment we're producing between 14,000 and 15,000 bopd or 350,000 to 450,000 barrels per 27 days (approx) - If we allow say 2 to 3 months downtime due to weather (give or take) - then the indication is at least x 9 to 10 tanker offloads per annum. Maybe a little more, maybe a little less. Of course production could also increase on a daily rate ... I'll leave the serious calcs to Laserdisc and the engineers on here!

Laserdisc has been running calculations over on Advfn. So far the pattern is an offload of between 350,000 and 450,000 per 27 days (roughly speaking) - at this rate the next offload will fall on St Leger's day on 14 September and the income generated on that 4th offload at that point is likely, in total, to stand at or just shy of $100,000,000.

I admire her spirit and considerable courage in undertaking this voyage. What I don't admire and I agree fully with Divecentre and Aduk here, its not really that great to burden a 16 year old with Asperger's to convey a political message. Moreover, if I had a 16 year old daughter with Asperger's there's no way I'd allow her to head out into the Atlantic on a small yacht for two weeks.

For Themarl, and all those who in the spirit of shared haiku moments (albeit unintentional at the time) from Dubai to Rotterdam and beyond. So many posters on here I can relate to and the shared ups and downs of it all. The last 6 months have indeed been tumultuous to say the least. When I first invested here I was fairly clueless and at least I can say I'm a little wiser 18 months on.

May all our tickers calm
