Thank you, appreciate your post. I agree also that any necessity to fundraise is likely to be a very last and probably unlikely result. Hope the AGM proves informative and some of these questions get asked and answered. Happy to get back in later in the game!

Obviously ... I did watch the podcast. It wasn't very good. It told us nothing the RNS hasn't and said nothing substantive at all about the outstanding 2 million milestone payment. Real information would be helpful for investors at this point.

If you look at my posting history you'll see I did in fact post way back on here.
Having spoken with Dr Gooding and heard for myself the current state of play it is clear to me that Aim, TaffEvans and others on here are, being very generous, very poorly informed or deliberately misleading others. For that reason in making my final decision as to entry point this week I spoke to the company and made my decision. I believe once confirmation of payment has been received whether the price is at 10p or 20p is irrelevant. If you are really a LTH then this should be extraordinary value at anything under 50p.
I'm afraid TaffEvan's post saying what 'a very, very good podcast' was the last straw.
Not suprised to get attacked by rampers, after all anyone attempting to state actual facts is not going to be welcome are they?

Rob1967, no I sold out of remaining shares at the beginning of the week having taking most of my profits at 14p.

I can't believe the level of posting here is so bad. Literally nothing based on fact, science or any real knowledge and total denial of 40% drop in last few weeks. I am calling the 'rampers' or whoever they are out on their nonsense and hope folk take note.

I sold out because the answer I got from Dr Gooding did not encourage me as I have already taken great pains to explain.

Not going to repeat myself. You know exactly what I'm saying and are being deliberately avoidant. 2 million payment overdue since June 2019. Now three months overdue. Absolutely no mention in the 'very, very good podcast'.

Got to say it as have been watching here from the sidelines for a while. I don't think I've seen a board filled with such blatant empty ramping based on no factual evidence.
I'd like to see this company succeed but actually if you want to see the share price go up, supply factual evidence and hard data not blatant unfounded ramping (and please don't respout all the usual it's in the pipeline stuff). Where is the 2 million payment overdue since June from China!!!?

How was the podcast very, very good? We still have no update on how NX001 is to be financed. The appointment of the lung specialist today is positive but he is being paid in share options not actual money. Where is the money? How is this all going to be paid for? Genuine, factual, helpful answers please.

Dr Gooding said they were meeting with New Summit on Friday (tomorrow) and hoped to get clarity around the payment. See previous posts re. takeover and new priorities being potential causes of delay. Dr Gooding indicated he would provide further information and given the AGM is only a few days away I would expect an RNS following that. As to when the payment is made, Dr Gooding indicated they had no reason to doubt it would be based on their previous working relationship with New Summit which has always been positive. So up to investors to do what they need to do short or long term and I would suggest anyone who criticises someone for making the best decision for them is overly attached or ramping?

I was criticized for my first post on this subject for not providing enough information and then I'm criticized for giving too much.

My only motive in posting is to share info that I received in case it has an impact on someone's thinking about whether to hold or sell. I put a series of questions to Dr Gooding on the phone yesterday. He answered them all openly.

My main reason for selling out at this point is I want to see what happens re. New Summit's payment and appointment of a broker. At least I am looking to see a strong signal that share dilution is not going to be on the cards anytime soon. I didn't get that confirmation during our phone call and for that reason I'm out for the moment. I would hope the AGM will clarify this and the questions I posed earlier and of course things could change very quickly for the positive, I do accept that. But I've made my decision given I have other investments that are better placed at the moment this is the right decision for me at this time. That's actually all I can say. Genuinely good luck to all invested here, I'd like to see this company and its products succeed as they're sorely needed.
