Those claiming to know something we didn't and who placed shorts at 10p were probably clued in to news behind the scenes with Spirit / Centrica. Hence this will come as no suprise to certain people. This is where we are today, things change. I'm holding - long term.

Have no doubt about your integrity at all, but must say I did read the post JAdam referred to and wonder when the rebuttal was going to come (it was the first one you posted in that series) so can understand how his misconception not knowing your style may have arisen! I guess in a way it's also a fair point that when any of us quote nonsense articles even in the context of rebuttal we are giving more air time to that nonsense - but what to do?

I'd like to think those 'after hours' trades were buys and buys by LTHs. Time will tell. Until CMD we're likely subject to a lot of 'pump and dump' action I'm afraid. The kind that deliberately reels PIs in then profits as they short. It will stop, I'm not convinced it has yet!

Fair enough you don't like the company, you're not invested, but most of us here are and read this board to share information about our investment. What are you doing here other than being very annoying?

Just did a quick check - the director listed holds no other companies / positions. Income is definitely generated through advertisements so could be an innocent hobby blog or someone is financing it?

I doubt that it's anything to do with water based on the last RNS, though I'm open, albeit reluctantly, to data that tells us something we don't want to hear at the CMD - but that doesn't really add up either otherwise why release that RNS at that point and not say something?
It feels increasingly to me that there is something being maneuvered (not necessarily bad in the long term) behind the scenes, possibly around book prices for oil, possibly around FFD development and financing / joint venture options. But again, I find it hard to believe rumours would not have filtered down to posters on here by now.
We are simply left with speculation and panic combined with a combination of falling PoO (for the moment), possibly some differential in the exchange rate and a general worldwide market teetering on the brink of a stock market crash or correction at some point soon.
The wisest strategy, it seems to me, is to continue to hold based on production and the fundamentals and that I'm one of those investors who has been learning about E&P/O&G for the last two years but likes the story and wants the company to succeed and has been impressed with what's been delivered so far.

I'm with you but I have no idea what DSPP is talking about as way beyond my technical understanding. But am now more inclined to think he just loves his stuff even if he scares 70% out of this share!
I topped up again at 24p because that seemed like good value. At 20p I don't think you can go wrong! Just a few weeks ...

Missed the latest TLF post, last one is PIJoe's. Though I did pick the post from SW Andersen re. DSPP. Is it possible DSPP is simply a Geoscientist Consultant who just can't stop himself once he get's started ... it could be pure innocent obsession?

Well hopefully it is great, perhaps a positive omen of an equal rise here!

Truth will out - eventually. Meanwhile only a few weeks till CMD. Rest is noise, annoying all the same!

Whatever the reason for the fall it's nothing to do with operations based on yesterday's RNS so as I keep repeating MMs/other manoeuvre beyond our pay grades at work here.
Annoyed I topped up yesterday. Grrr!

I would imagine the significant disruption caused as a result of the virus and efforts to contain it will have some sort of knock on effect here in one way or another. Hope Dan's not in China!
