Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Back in after a 12 month break. Good luck all
Not massive volume on those 16 trades
Just picked up another small top up 21k shares. Happy to see court dates. Happy its set for a jury trial (not going to happen - settlement beforehand imho)
Did anyone look through the Apple patent? Supercaps are mentioned.
https://patents.justia.com/patent/20220079521
Tag 10 may include one or more energy storage devices 24. Energy storage devices 24 may include batteries and capacitors. Capacitors for energy storage may be based on supercapacitor structures. Devices 24 may, for example, include super capacitor(s) such as electrostatic double-layer capacitors. Electrostatic double-layer capacitors (sometimes referred to as electrostatic double-layer supercapacitors) are electrochemical capacitors in which energy is stored in a capacitor formed from relatively large electrodes that are bathed in electrolyte and separated by a small distance, allowing the capacitor to achieve high energy storage capacities.
Energy storage device 24 may be charged via a wired connection or, if desired, tag 10 may charge energy storage device 24 using wirelessly received power. Power may be received wirelessly using wireless power receiving circuitry 32. Wireless power receiving circuitry 32 in tag 10 may receive power from wireless power transmitting circuitry. The wireless power transmitting circuitry may be located in device 40, may be located in a charging case (e.g., a case that stores one or more tags 10), and/or may be located in a charging mat or other electronic equipment. The wireless power transmitting circuitry may transmit power wirelessly using inductive wireless power transfer, using capacitive wireless power transfer, and/or other wireless power transfer configurations (e.g., optical).
Jury trials favour the plaintiff. I hope you're right.
Yep James. All aboard!
From 27th Feb interims -
"The commissioning of the fourth production line, the DMH line, is still planned for the latter half of 2021, with production expected to start in early 2022 as time and resources allow and subject to customer demand."
"DMH is a thin (0.4mm) supercapacitor for use in smartphones, smart credit cards, wearables, 3V coin cell battery applications and other very thin IoT applications."

This raise is good in my opinion and I was expecting it to happen at some point. It means that there is a market demand for this class of supercap. Wasn't it linked with the global smart phone manufacturer? In fact, in light of this RNS I am very positive. I will be topping up.
I messaged them on Friday. They're aware and are working on it.
75% conversion of ex Murata customers. Have to be delighted with that. Well done AK.
No mention of the possibility of an appeal should the general court come to the wrong decision. The ECJ , which allows appeals on points of law should be the next step.
I could be wrong but it has always felt to me that this isn't an EU/UK issue. More like heavy weight influence from encumbent leaders of the global plastics industry.
The whole industry is riddled with corruption. The recycling story is a massive con.
Regimental, the RNS in Feb detailed a few positive moves related to your previous few posts on here.
Operational
In order to accelerate the Group's commercial opportunities, a new Head of Sales and new Head of Procurement were appointed during the second half of 2020. Also, as a continuing enhancement of the commercial structure, three new sales professionals have been appointed in 2021 bringing in specific sales expertise in PPE, large account specialities, and experience in plastic masterbatch markets in South East Asia.

SYSTEMATIC POWER SOLUTIONS, LLC/IOXUS HAS SECURED $1,900,000.00 IN COMMERCIAL CAPITAL FOR EXPANSION IN ONEONTA NEW YORK. January 15, 2021 Craig Etkin
My thoughts as well Claretjay. The kit should have a recognised commercial value. Any sale for significantly less than this will show up on invoices/bank statements.
XS Power is the company that 'bought' Ioxus. (They bought the assets of Ioxus shortly before the conclusion of the case)
We were awarded a large sum of money by the courts. Ioxus haven't paid so we are going after those assets .
The subpoena compels XS Power to give evidence.
Systematic Power Manufacturing, LLC is XS Power. We've subpoenaed XS Power.
Nice.
Maxwell were due to submit their invalidity contentions by March 26th. They have filed a motion for a month's extension. ICs will deal with -

hmm Just came across this -

Looks like the Ioxus case is alive and kicking.
What do we know about Systematic Power Manufacturing, LLC?
The green angle was discussed briefly by Jeff. It was the last bullet point on one of his pages.
Interesting to listen to. Person hosting the chat is referring to our product as a supercapacitator.
