Sensorium's final product might look nice when its up and running but the offering is restricted to owners of high end machines. Nvidia 1080 minimum (2080 recommended) + Rift S - Not going to be palatable to the average music consumer .. Already discussed by AM. This is why they waited for the Go launch. Also, I think I remember reading this is linked to a newly created crypto coin for payments so... what is the real intent here.. Mel's right - we're ahead of the game and catering to every possible user.
Not only was a decision made by the judge, Ioxus' attempt to appeal with The Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) was also refused.
@TheBadBat don't pay too much attention to Optidrivel. Every board has one, but this one is particularly deficient. Asserting that "He knows everything there is to know about business" & that MelodyVR's content is Monochrome(!) - still not forgotten that one Optometrist :)
Hmmm... BCAP0010 / P270 X01
Confirms NESSCAP (Maxwell) caps used in satellite applications.

Found this interesting article which suggests that Tesla's interest in supercapacitors may extend to Space Communications.
https://www.tti.com/content/ttiinc/en/resources/marketeye/categories/passives/me-zogbi-20190228.html
"A few of my scientist/engineering customers who called to talk about the Tesla and Maxwell announcement were in the space electronics business. They were of the school of thought that Tesla was also interested in Maxwell for the use of their supercapacitors in space based applications for pulsed communications-data transmission, which would also be a logical reason why Tesla saw a good fit and acquired Maxwell (with pulsed data transmission for points of demarcation for the Internet of Things looking very exciting as a future emerging market in conjunction with the roll-out 5G infrastructure."
"Summary and Conclusions:
Many important eyes in the global high-tech economy have looked at the purchase of Maxwell Technologies as a resounding note of acceptance of electric double layer carbon (EDLC) supercapacitors (AND High-Energy Density Batteries!) and their potential as a load-leveling device for hybrid and electric vehicles, recouping energy, and burst power. The Maxwell portfolio also contains EDLC products that could be used for pulsed data transmission in satellites and for deep space communications which also fit well with Tesla and its disparate divisions. Tesla’s acquisition of Maxwell, also puts all the other entrenched manufacturers of EDLC supercapacitors on notice that they too may be the target of acquisition by large auto companies looking to emulate the move by Tesla in their own hybrid and EV programs (In fact, during an important presentation this week we learned from primary intelligent sources that all EDLC companies who produce “Modules” from large cans have already developed “sticky” relationships with transportation-related customers, but all applications to date, other than very specific verticals that involve very specific customers, have been “custom” in nature. The key growth catalyst for the carbon capacitor market has always been the acceptance of the technology in a major sedan or light truck platform. This has yet to occur, but certainly, one major economic hurdle to this event has been pertinent M&A activity involving a brand name transport vertical, and that day is upon us. So if you are reading this, and you have EDLC module capabilities, the value of what you have been working so diligently on for decades has just increased. Congratulations. It is important in business to know when to celebrate."

LITIGATION
CAP-XX, Ltd. v. Cornell Dubilier Electronics, Inc. and Ioxus, Inc. (D. Del.)
Representing plaintiff, an Australian company, in patent infringement cases related to supercapacitors.
Ioxus, Inc. v CAP-XX (PTAB)
Represented Patent Owner prevailing in two IPR proceedings where the PTAB DECLINED TO INSTITUTE PROCEEDINGS.
PTAB is The Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Maxwell are not in a strong position here. Those with eyes to see, are the reason for the rise today. Looking forward to a speedy end to this matter, then onwards and upwards. GLAGLTH.
Not talking just about the rises, but about the new technology coming in to play here. Using blockchain to create immutable records, transparency, efficiency + IOT to track inventory - This is all cutting edge stuff, with IBM exploring similar methods. GLA.
Good job A1EX. I'm never going to criticise someone's research and findings, then sharing it. LTH can point out if its come up before. Certain immature and toxic posters can use it as a bat to bash with.
This for sure is a cracker. I bought in around 13, a month or so after the BBC debacle where the SP took a hit so am happy with how things are panning out.
For all the campaigners wanting to ban all plastics, this simply won't happen. Ever. The recent FDA approval and Covid tests should imo catapult this well run business to new heights. GLALTH
I agree, very well run. I got into this on day one and it has bolstered my belief that properly researched games developers, offer the best risk/reward. GLA
I too like your posts, TDM. Always something to research whilst we wait for the next development.
Hi Offler, always happy to be proven wrong and I see that Matt Smith & Claire Foy have indeed produced content. My only defence is I'm too tired and the results I looked at were for National Theatre at Home, "A Streetcar Named Desire" with Gillian Anderson, filmed in 2014 so wrongly concluded that they were all historical.
Re Livr, I've subscribed to it before and have not been impressed. The free headset is just what you would expect for free, really poor quality but I use the GO in any case. I just oped for the headset offer to see what it was like. Of the three credits I've paid for, I've only used 2 so far and both performances were amateurish. I imagine that anything coming out of the Gore camp will be vastly more professional. The last performance I watched, I switched off after 5 minutes, it was so bad. Do you have a recommendation for my 3rd?
Livr's accounts are available at Companies House but from memory they're abbreviated. Livr Ltd
Hi Offler, no worries.. but I think you're mistaken. These theatres haven't been open for filming. Whether it's 14 or 16 shows, they're all from past performances.
Offler, afaik the National Theatre offerings have all been past recordings - not new content.

Have you seen the Proactive interview dalgarno9? Even more compelling! Nice to see an excited smile on Michael's face!!

Not a reference to AVX Prizmacap. But positive never the less.

"Work continues on the Company's 3 Volt prismatic supercapacitor product to adapt it to the Murata production lines and on new chemistries to further improve product life and performance. The Board remains confident that its 3 Volt prismatic supercapacitors will be a significant source of revenue going forward."
Transit times from Kobe to Sydney are 19-26 days. Trading update was 19th May advising shipment in transit, so kit should be there. All moving positively as far as I am concerned. I would still like a concrete RNS with this info along with confirmation of Murata clients contracting.
Should have an RNS stating Murata customers signed over to us. I know if I was a competitor mfr, I would have been all over them last 6 months.
