BodRuncie, I totally agree with you regarding the dividend. People talk about shareholder value, but the only way to get that right now is to sell. A dividend, especially in the current environment, will reward existing long-term investors and attract plenty of new interest.

I'm with Hargreaves. They said the shares should be in tomorrow. They have to match a CREST trade for value 11th June with Jarvis, who act for Primary Bid. I assume every one will be in the same boat.

TheOldBee. I held 1 million at almost exactly 1p. I applied for 1 million more, therefore I now hold 2 million at 0.625. If I had sold my original million at, say 0.45 I would now hold 1 million at an average of 0.8. I think it makes sense to hold more at a lower average if you are looking at TRX long term. If you're not looking long term, why invest? Fingers crossed for a couple of years.

I think it's appalling, but marginally better than when firms raise cash via a placing that no private investors are aware of. The 5 hour window is ridiculous too. Back in the day, firms raised funds via a rights issue, whereby all current shareholders got preference and it took several days to process. This feels like a double glazing salesman has turned up at my Nan's house and panicked her into a deal......

I agree Trigger. Many investors don't understand crypto, so they don't invest. However, all investors understand a dividend, especially in the current market.

Shadypants, thanks for your efforts working these numbers. Let's hope the next few weeks see the SP nearer to where we all feel it should be. I'm still very confident that in a year or two, BTC and ARB will dwarf their current values.

These small trades appear every day. They are either some crazy sort of code loved by all the MM conspiracy theorists, or possibly a trading program with a bug in it. I'm trying to find out from LSE market surveillance if these are all from one firm, which seems likely, and ask them to have a word.

Top up, this site suggests there are 120m shares, but most of the other data here is incorrect or out of date, so I assume you are correct with 150m. Either way we agree that £1 billion is a bargain, if SNG001 is the solution we all hope it is.

CW25 Yes £1 billion would equate £8.33 per share and, assuming SNG001 is the answer, a massive bargain for the buyer!

Yes we would, but it's rare as rocking horse poo so I can't be sure of the process. Most companies are essentially in the hands of a few big boys. Let's hope a big pharma sweeps SNG up at a fair price, pays us off, and saves us all the hassle of guessing where the SP is going.
