Coincollecter, I obviously have no idea how long you've been investing,, but quite simply - invest as much as you can safely afford, take a profit if you're comfortable and above ALL ELSE, do your own research. So many "investers" follow horse ****e from avatars on these boards and then get the hump when it goes tits up.

Apology accepted and I was just having a bit of fun. If anyone on these boards thinks they are going to affect the price of this, or any other stock, they are very misguided.

Many of us have speculated prices based on BTC@X, PH@Y etc, but the price of any share is pretty much down to market appetite.
It seems that Argo sneaked onto OTC with little or no fanfare, but once it arrived we all owe a massive thank to Billfunk for raising the profile.

Looking at the US appetite, I think Trek was right with the £1 valuation, and it will go higher, but I'm definitely going to slice a few around this mark.

Thanks for the positive feedback peeps. I know there are quite a few LTHs in a similar position, so it's quite realistic to expect a few sellers in the next couple of days, but I'm reasonably sure that most of these will be mopped up by the American investors.

The stock is listed in the UK (all 294m shares)
They can trade overseas, but therefore the seller has to buy them in the UK and effectively move them to either the US or Germany.
(This isn't the exact process, but that's the principle)
Those markets have very strict rules on delivery of stock, so they will just have to buy the stock in the UK at whatever price they can.

I was invested in VELA, but all they do is invest in companies by raising money through placings, dramatically diluting existing shareholders. I sold out and bought ARB, which was one of their bigger positions. They have since sold the rest of their ARB holding!
Not exactly geniuses are they?
