As shown on Companies House, dated 23/11 "Reduction of iss capital and minute, if you open the attachment to High court document, it states this capital reduction is linked to "The cancellation of the amount of £25,252,288 standing to the credit of the company's share premium account"
I'm no accountant and I assume this doesn't mean that ARB suddenly have £25M to splash, but can anyone explain what effect this will actually have and will shareholders benefit?
