I agree Mark, the thing is when I see Tech new startups they have 500 million of revenue stream and have not made profit and no dividend but still valued at 15 - 20 times valuation of Mcro It doesn't make any sense to me.

Hope the common sense prevails, looks like a very bad day for us.

I am aware of the Debt, well its a result of HPE s/w sale. I believe it's extended our Portfolio. If the Revenue increases and Net profit increases. I am not to fussed over Debt as we have it covered for next 4 years.

I have confidence that in build up to the results we will see positive momentum. Again I need to keep reminding myself if we made a profit of 1.3 Billion in 2019 how can have a Mkt cap of 1.4 Billion, it's so obvious and out of that we have 800 Million in cash. Something doesn't add up and to me it's very obvious.

Mkt need to realise the growth potential and start moving this North.

Great mate , keep the new flowing. We may get to ask Reddit warriors to help us get to it's real value.

Recently Goldman sachs has upgraded their Target price to 665 pence. I never trust any analysts recommendations but a good way to understand where Mkt will be moving.

I am expecting 550 pence plus by next week if all goes well.

I beg to differ, all investors love both Capital growth and Income at same time. We know if they need to put spark to the SP they need to reinstate dividends with a positive outlook of the business that I am expecting due to Covid.

I do agree that Debt is a concern but 4 Billion is not going to sink them, if they a means of generating good cash flow let';s say 1 Billion - and split that into 250 Million each year for Paying of Debt and 250 for Dividend and put 500 Million in Cash reserves. that would be a welcome approach by Markets. Everyone needs certainty .

Also we already have 800 million in cash reserves, to my knowledge stand to be corrected.

They need to take the sp to a decent level so that they don't get taken away at a cheap price.

I agree this is pure Shorters play or MM's trying to get the cheap shares. We need to call the Reddit army ha ha.

The results next week should open up to new investors, how certain are we that Dividend will be reinstated. Also we had our year end results next week are going to reflect Q1 numbers, Am I right ?

A very good coverage by Scott on YouTube detailing the good time to buy the stock and free cash flows , worth a listen to all LTH holders. I believe if we get good results and positivity in outlook. We may be breaking the previous highs of 5 pounds in next weeks to come.

Yeah all good point. I think Google show they had 800 Million in cash during 2020 April Qtr. If we have any way near the number quoted, we probably have 70% of company's Mkt cap in cash. We are still at 1.51 Billion.

Hope the rise continues, before some good results to take us to the new trajectory.

Agree, let's hope results are Mkt positive.

Looking at last year results, we made 1.4 Billion dollars profit. Come on start the dividend. then see the crazy rush of Pi's, Investors and everyone piling up.

Guys, we will get our pay day. I still believe we are way to undervalued based on the Revenue alone, if we look at the Revenue of 3.3 Billion and Net Income was 1.47 Billion with a Profit Margin of - 43% .

We should be trading around 6 pound plus alone. Look at any of Tech stocks PLTR, Snowflake and others. None has that high Profit Margin. We should be going back to previous highs of 11-12 pounds in 6 months (dare I say that) .

I am looking for the Direction change. Come on MCRO army spread the word. It's a Lifetime opportunity.

Well if we get market attention, it would be pretty obvious to a learned investor after doing little research.

I know most of today's Gen investors/traders believe in quick profit. Remember as Mr Buffet said you can't make Money by Buying and Selling shares. Look for a value stock and then hold it.

I am not an expert, in my view little analysis I have done I can't see to find a better Tech stock that has the potential to multiply 3 or 4 times from the current SP.

I have tucked mine in ISA for next 2 years at least. If dividend starts coming we will have both Capital Growth + Income stream. It can't get better than that. During 2019 company paid a dividend of 90 pence (approx).

That's a good start for us tomorrow. Looking at other Tech stocks flying in US. I bet investors would be looking for the value stocks that can yield Exponential return in next 3 years.

In 2019 - we had a dividend of 1 Pound almost (Final + Interim) - I know the SP was 12 pounds. If we even have a start with a 10 or 20 p. it would be a great welcome.

I agree but if Mkt sees MCRO as a value stock with a lot of upside, assuming dividends reinstated we might be in a different trajectory. Shorters will be burnt or will have their day.

we need Institutions and Pension funds that can see value for long term, Pi's wont cut it, I bet most are sitting on fence and waiting to see a positive new flow before they start buying.

I personally thought GS note in December would instigate it but no, we will need to wait for the results. If the Revenue decline is not as bad and we are getting new orders flowing in, with Revenue increasing in Med-Long term. We would be in a very good position. If the company want to send an open invitation they can add Cheery on the cake with Dividend declaration.

All in my view. If all ducks line up we might be in a very good place in a Med - Long term (say 6 months - 2 years). We can easily be trading at multiple of current SP.

It's touching 423 now. Looks like Investors are going to start Piling up before the results.

In my view, I don't know a single Tech stock that has Revenue of 3 times - 3.2 Billion and Mkt cap of just around 1.4 Billion. With Covid most of the organisations have realised that Digital transformation is the way forward. It would help us.

I again am very Bullish at these prices it's a steal.

I think our Mkt cap around 1.4 Billion is a laugh. Even if go to previous highs of 12 pounds ish. We will be around 4 Billion.
