It’s a pity to see MCRO valuation at these low levels. With Vertica and other products in our portfolio it’s an opportunity for us to prove any sayers wrong.

I still believe we are w target and may get taken over cheaply if we don’t have a stable sp.

I believe we should be soon heading towards the highs of pre covid levels 10-12 pounds.

I am expecting next move should take us back to 5 Pounds territory, the case has put some road blockers. I have complete faith in the company and Mgmt. We should hope that we should be valued at the right price.

In my view we should see 7-8 before summer. Keep Patience, we still made 1.2 Billion pounds profit last year.

I have lost more money by selling shares and buying rather than holding them for a Medium to Long term.

AWS Partnership and AWS buying into MCRO is not a small thing. Once the Mkt realises the true potential we would be way North of current SP.

I would expect some Major announcements using AWS platform to be announced soon. Also expecting good coverage on this storey from Analysts.

Well said, look at the like of Snowflake and Palantir - Valued at 80 and 40 Billion dollars with no Profit at all.

Well said, I won’t be surprised if it gets taken away soon than many people expect. All positives.

hope to see a finish above 520-530p would be great. It's MM's trying to fill their short orders.

Hopefully, I am expecting with US to open soon. we may see a push towards 550 p and break it. Interesting would be to see what it closes on Friday, if we march towards 6 pounds and break it.

This is a Brilliant news, a welcome news for many investors who was setting on the Fence and everyone would want to jump before 12-Mar for the Dividend Income.

I hope we march towards 7 pound Mark soon .

I would be very surprised if we are not trading 10 + in next 6-12 months, with us getting a 50p dividend as Interim and Final .

Forgot to mention - The Debt we have on the B/S would look very attractive to majors or VC as they can use that to balance it against the profit they make on other ventures.

We are still valued at 1.7 Billion GBP, the price is very attractive for any Major/VC or Software house. We have 40 K customers. We will get analyst recommendations soon and this will start flying. I am hoping 6-7 pound finish by end of Mar. few of the Highlights for me are -

- Dividends back
- AWS Partnership
- Debt reducing
- S/w Rationalisation
- Digital revolution at its peak

Most of tech companies with 1 of the above are valued at 30-40 Billion dollars. Even if some one comes and pays 10 Billion for us * 5 times today's Mkt cap. It's still very Cheap.

What a Brilliant news, Never had a doubt that we have growth potential of multiples of 3-4 times.

With AWS getting a stake , this is going to blow and start a new Trajectory 7-8 pounds will look so cheap in coming day/weeks.

Up we go. If AWS buys out then 12 -15 pounds would be possible in next 6-12 months. Anyway you cut it, it’s great news.

I am not to worried about Debt as the debt is in balance sheet from last 3-4 years or more. The main thing is revenue and cash generation.

I am hoping if we have another Final Dividend, with good RNS coverage, We will be touching 8 - 10 Pounds by the end of the year. Gl All.

Agreed, if we look at any of the Tech companies they are hugely overvalued with not even 5 % of the Portfolio and the client base that Micro focus holds. The debt is reducing and will reduce further. We still have 1 Billion in cash. We are generating 1.2 Billion of Net profit each year and paying dividends. This is good for me. In 6 - 9 months we should have at-least double the Sp if not sooner.
Again I am worried more about the silly offers which may come, many Predators would be looking at the Cash we generate and can use the debt we have to balance it with the Profit they make. The will get 40K customers on their record.

Vertica DB is one of the most widely used Columnar DB.

10 working days for the Dividend reinstatement, I am expecting a Big uplift in the current stock price in coming 2 months.

Well said opulentia. I am of the same opinion. We need to reach to a decent level of 5-6-7 pounds soon before any major comes and makes a silly offer. Looking forward to many years of Income and Growth.

Seriously it’s weird. I don’t understand why we are currently valued at current prices. Even restate at 7 Pounds will be still be very low. I know it will be slow and Gradual build up . Hope to see Highs of 7-8 pounds in next few months or am I dreaming .

For me its simple. We are making money and have around 40,000 customers on register. We are consolidating/rationalising HPE portfolio that will give us edge and shorten go to mkt time.
I believe we are seeing downward pressure, but once we start moving we know we can move around 10% in a day.
Keep tight. Don't sell your shares for cheap.
This will at least double if not triple from today's sp value in 1 years time.

Well said, Probably when we look back in a years time it’s going to look silly the temptation to sell.

I am very happy with the Dividend reinstated , if we get another final dividend not sure when they declare it. We all will be very happy.
