All European and other Countries will be pushing for growth, Organisations will go full speed to achieve growth. Digital transformation is at Front and Center of it. MCRO is well placed to reap the benefit both from Cloud expansion or On-Prem or Hybrid cloud.

I am hoping the SP starts trading pre-pandemic levels in next 3-4 months. The only risk I see if any Private equity or Big cloud provider want's to take us out cheap as we have 40K customers and they can get a lot from pour Portfolio both products and customers.

I agree till the time we are not in 10 pounds, we are covering lost territory. We all know that MCRO has got solid fundamentals and with Dividend reinstatement it will be a Great income stock in Qtrs to come.

True, my biggest worry is that while we stay at these prices. It becomes more challenging for us to avert the Bid.

GS analyst have a Target price 600 p ++, all analyst have habit of coming low.

To sell or Not to Sell is purely individual choice. Mine are either tucked in ISA or Pension and I have 99% of my portfolio loaded with it. I know the Golden rules of Investing but I have full faith and my earliest target is 2022 for 10% of my holding, remaining I am going to touch till 2025.

Well patience is the name of the game. We would definitely get dear rewards.

To any Laymen looking at the fundamentals of the company now compared to 15 months back we are definitely at a very good place, having price less than 10-12 is a steal. I know market has not realised the potential but it will happen soon.

Totally agree - Patience is needed. In my x years of Buying and Selling stocks. One thing I have learnt I would have made more money by Holding the stock rather than selling the stock and trade for another stock.

Apart from the Debt and Court case I can't see any negatives for Short, Medium or Long term. Companies like AWS, MSFT don't invest in your solutions if they don't believe in the company.

Matter of time and market perception we can soon add another 4-5 pounds if the winds change. Bear in Mind before Lockdown this was trading at 11-12 pounds and since lockdown last Mar-20, we have made significant improvements.

Ditto - This is to buy and hold both for Income and Capital growth. Look at any Tech company with the Portfolio we have. We are merely at 1.5 Billion and they are valued at 30 Billion +++++ .

Well today Softcat has gone up by 18% and valued at 3.6 Billion. It's just a matter of time we would start seeing the perception change and start moving north. We should be trading around 11-12 pounds hopefully by year end.

Well look at PLTR and Snowflake, these companies are providing a point solution with their services. With MCRO we are in almost everything from Digital Transformation, Data , Security and Automation.

We should currently be trading at 11-12 pounds same level as last year before Pandemic started. Not sure what should be the Trigger point but in my simple head, we are going to shot off soon.

Looking good compared to the general FTSE performance.

We have AGM coming on 25-Mar, hope to find more about the general direction of travel.

1.5 Billion * 10 - would just be the price for the Vertica alone. 15 Billion. I would not be surprised if any Predator or Venture capital came and pay a top dollar - let's say my starting figures will be 7 Pounds as a starting bid.

We are way too undervalued at these prices my only worry is that we should not be taken out cheaply. As this stock has a potential of reaching 15-20 Pounds in next 2 years. Assuming the Revenues keep on increasing and we pay off the Debt.

Americans love buying companies that have Debt as they can use this in my view to cover off the profit from other avenues. They can literally buy it for free, once you adjust the debt against the Profit.

I believe we should see significant uplift in the prices in coming months, for me the Triggers that can * 2 or * 3 prices are -
- Takeover approach
- Dividend Increase
- Other Major Commercial wins - Other cloud providers
- Vertica spin up as a separate product.
