I am hoping with good Christmas update and Lockdown relaxation, we should be trading between 330 p - 400 p by January.

with the new of the vaccine being made available from next week , hope that a good news to Retail.

Expect we should have good both online and offline sales to the build up to Christmas.

In my view, there are 3 Important factors that will dictate the SP in short- medium term -
1. Cash in hand
2. Online sales
3. Response to the new Merchandise /branding efforts

I know and it should be, I am not at all worried about the Price. I am LTH. It would be good to see some positive news coming about the new line to cheer the Market and get the confidence back.

Stores will be opening next week, would be good to get an updated on how the Black Friday sales have done.

Not sure why NM and gang are supressing news, there was a flow of news 2-3 weeks back and now radio silence.

I am a supporter but they need to make sure PIs are not crushed by heavy weights. I think BHP going for us is out of question before next year, as current CEO is departing. Nemont , Barrick, Chinese , RIO not sure. if they are waiting for PFS.

NM may be delaying PFS as he wants to get Regional out in case on of the above predator approaches us with a low ball offer.

Some thing needs to happen to push the SP to a new Price trajectory.

Black Friday - if we do well during Black Friday and Online Sales pick up. In my view Oct-Feb , with Christmas is the prime time for retailers and especially SDRY as especially with Jackets , coats, Hoodies.

My view is that by Feb-2021 we should be trading at 4-5 pounds +, once the vaccine is out and retail will be back in fashion.

Do we reckon BHP would be allowed to buy a Majority share and Solgold gets a free carry and 20-30 %. Not sure what Price NM would want to sell the Majority stake and would other Shareholders agree to such arrangement.

What would be great is if we get around 2 Billion from BHP and NM and co decides to keep 500 Million in kitty.

A Special dividend of 50p-60p would be very welcoming.

What Price implications a JV will have, Does that mean BHP will pay a premium to acquire a 49% percentage or more. if so what should be the tota price of the Cascable alone. 4 Billion dollars.

I would hope we get a good jump tomorrow on such a positive news.

Now the real fun starts, we have many parties in the ring, not sure if anyone is going to get a first mover's advantage. I am hoping to a 36-40p finish tomorrow. If Market sense this might start the Bid war then we might see the repeat of 2011 again.

I am still betting on 60p before Christmas, if all ducks line up like -
1. Provenir - delivers
2. PFS is delivered
3. Great news of Alpla funding
4. Local discoveries

I would bite your hand off. Alpla and if Provenir delivers. Don't we think 150p is very conservative.

Based on the pending news for Drilling and Assays alone at Provenir should we not be sold for 150p. Also when PFS will be delivered should we not be moving to NPV targets of 60p.

My projections is 60p before christmas

We have banking loan approved if we need to tap into it. I believe with the Vaccine news on, Investors might start paying more attention then they have in the past.

I believe once the wave is in our favour. we will see SP moving quickly. The great thing is that we have no Debt at All.

Only time will tell.

Also I believe of the chances to take it private are very slim, as some new investors have piled up and they want it to be reaching it previous highs of 10 Pounds + so I would say wait and watch.

Once we are out of the Covid thing, we might be flying high or should I say very high. There are very few British brands that offer that good value.

I am so impressed with Superdry, yesterday we ordered some Jackets at evening 10:00 PM, we got a message this morning that we will get the delivery today at 11:53. I am so impressed.

Not sure why Mkt is not considering this, but this has got an brilliant potential. We were so impressed. I am so sticking to it.
