Yep! Me included I am a bit annoyed to be honest as I did think that RNS showed they were financially sound! That is why I considerably increased my shares. I do think that it will still do well but I am a bit annoyed with them and how they've done this.

I think that with the share being suspended they should give us some form of update this week. To at least keep us shareholders in the loop as best they can. Even though we do know what is going on it would be nice for them to just put something in writing advising us were each part is up to with bidders and end of year!

The Moral to the story is it happens to us all at times! And is nothing to worry about especially if you have good orders coming in. I am sure the potential Bidders can see this and we should be fine :) GLA

In my opinion looking at the company credentials this is a great Entry point into AO. I had 10,000 shares in AO at 110p and I have literally bought another 50,000 shares over the past few days a few yesterday and again more today. I can see this going up considerably over the next few months!

Alot of profitable businesses have similar problems at times! I own a business myself and during covid online sales boomed! We were up around 70% and making more money than ever on paper but we started to struggle as we grew too fast and it affected our cash flow as we had to purchase more stock and still had payment terms of 14 days for our customers. We had to take out a loan just to cover the growth and help with cash flow. The Loan was paid off in about 4 months and we are still up around 40/50% and cash flow is working perfectly well!

This has really been overdone in my opinion! These should be trading at about £1.50 +

Personally I think this is a bit overdone nearly 20% down from a Newspaper article to which the company have even come out and said its not actually that bad!

Would the offer not have to be a minimum of 1.25p Which was the Highest amount paid by Fraser group in the past 12 months?

In accordance with Rule 2.4 (c)(iii) of the Code, They are required to offer a price of not less than the maximum price paid per share in cash in accordance with Rule 11.1 of the Code, being the highest price paid in the 12 month period prior to being named as a potential offeror.

I very much doubt they will offer anything like 1.25p and it probably will be 6/7p +

The Year High from Fraser Group is 8.95p? Or just the year high for the share?

As well as In April, it signed an early stage deal to fabricate 200 turbines for floating wind farms to be installed west of Shetland. That must have some good profit in it?
