We will soon find out who bought them with an RNS and if it is Blofeld then its only good news to come? We shall see.

Maybe we are all right and the offer is between 10p - 15p and Blofeld have seen an opportunity to buy up £6m in shares for 6.5p before making an official offer meaning they are making a saving if they do want to bid? Again Who knows!

Well lets be honest the Market cap was at about £26m and someone has purchased £6m in shares? That is definitely a sign that something is coming? Maybe another potential bidder getting some cheap shares before a bid? Who knows!

I am sorry but something has definitely been leaked here! As mentioned below 2 x £3m Buys with no RNS? Really? Some one is definitely making some money here!

I think £3million buys makes every ones shares look like peanuts especially on these kind of boards! :)

Looking at previous Purchases from Blofeld Investment Management I have them at holding 103,402,442 of which I can see they purchased at the below prices;
14th Jun 2018 - 34,435,224 Average purchase price of £1.01 per share
4th May 2020 - 23,189,311 Average price of £0.13 per share
5th Nov 2020 - 11,183,807 Average price of £0.32 per share
7th Oct 2021 - 17,166,046 Average price of £0.35 per share

As a guestimate based on the total shares held (103,402,442) I would say that Blofeld have probably invested around £50,000,000 - £60,000,000 with Lamprell. I really cannot see them losing the money already invested over a purchase of around 12p per share! At 12p a share the Market cap is £50,000,000ish which would mean all they need to do to take full control of the company is invest exactly what they already have! To me for Blofeld this would be a bargain to takeover a $340,000,000 Dollar turnover company.

In assets alone based on the 2020 end of year they had $162,024,000 "Property, plant and equipment and Total assets of $504,827,000.

In my opinion I can see Blofeld, as well as other companies making an offer based on the assets alone!

Its just reiterating exactly what we already know isn't it.

My Barclays was not working and couldnt come back with a buy price or sell price! They are rubbish at times!

Looks like it may finish quite strong at 6.21. I am more that happy with that today! 7% up!

Upon till now it has been quite a good day for LAM. There were people saying on Friday that this would be worthless today and all sorts of rubbish! But it seems to have held well today and the negative people trying to drive the share down have been very quiet!

Hopefully so! I think 22p to 4p was massive drop on Friday! Well over done. In my opinion I can see this recovering to around 10p in the next few days

I think it is waiting on a bit of clarity/news to elaborate on Fridays RNS. Hopefully they do not leave us waiting too long!

A lot of people will have totally different answers and opinions to that question. The RNS read "Blofeld's proposal in respect of the Possible Offer is at a very significant discount to the prevailing share price" The share price at the time was 22p and in my personal opinion a Very significant discount to me is between 10p - 15p
