Something is definitely happening!

I have been tempted by a few shares today like HTG and CCL but the gains from this definitely outweigh the gains from any of them. 1p rise in Lamprell will be more of a gain than any of them 2 in weeks!

Is everyone sat refreshing waiting for the RNS? Haha!

I just cannot see Sami Said Al Angari spending millions of pounds buying 76,624,228 shares for him to lose it all! It just wouldn't make sense that is why I believe there is going to be an offer or funds injected into the business. Come on who buys Millions of pounds of shares if they don't have a plan or know something we don't?

It potentially could be Schroders plc Selling the last of the shares they have before news.

What we do know is as of 17th May 2022 the Major shareholders in Lamprell where as follows;

Lamprell Holdings Limited - 119,432,291 - 28.93%
Blofeld Investment Management - 103,402,442 - 25.05%
Schroders plc - 68,492,390 - 16.59% (I know these currently now have 5.22% as of yesterday)
Premier Miton Group plc - 25,525,707 - 6.19%
Sami Said Al Angari - 76,624,228 - 18.56%

As of the 29/06/2022
Total shares already owned by Blofeld, Sami Said Al Angari and Lamprell was 72.54% meaning there are 27.46% shares left to buy up (This is why it is going up so quickly based on small amounts of trades) If Blofeld and Sami Said Al Angari where to offer 15p a share it would only cost them around £17,000,000 which in my opinion is a bargain. That is why I think that the offer will be around the 15p mark. I did think between 10p - 15p originally but I now think it will be more based on what has already been bought. Or I could be wrong and they could be buying up shares at cheap prices so that they can inject money into the business because lets be honest you wouldn't inject money into a business if you didn't have a financial interest. But in my opinion both scenarios are positive!

What a strange drop considering the news is quite good!

Definitely not me. I did see they made a slight profit haha! So not all bad! Maybe it was their dinner money for today's meetings

Does anyone get the 50,000 buy and then 50,000 sell on the RNS for yesterday?

What actually happens with McColls shareholders? Hasn't Morrisons agreed to buy it/Bought it?

In my opinion and based on what we know. I would say that its going to be a 50/50 venture between Sami Said Al Angari and Blofeld

I know! I am going to spend millions in a few days to buy 20% of a company to watch it go bust a few days later! I tell you what that would be some tax right off!! haha

Yesterday's big buys where Sami Said AlAngari. Gone from owning nothing to owning 76,624,228 shares just short of 20% in a matter of days? Why would he risk that amount of money if they didn't have inside information or was going to make a bid themselves! It looks like they are buying shares as cheap as they can, ready to put in a bid so their average price is lower!
