Has anyone got an idea of how much it will be?

It is normally what happens! I think people maybe holding off a little waiting to see the exact amount for the dividend.

I have personally never been in a suspended share when an offer has been made so I am not sure how it works to be honest so I have messaged Barclays and they have said the below.

Usually, this type of information is provided to us, and we have a dedicated team that deals with corporate events. These events then are posted to shareholders accounts, so they can select an option

So based on this I would say we vote to accept via our Broker portals.

I am like that I would honestly sell for 8p at the minute just to get the money out and into something that will make me money! But on another note, I have personally more or less doubled my investment so that doesn't come along often!

What exactly happens now as I will be honest, I read it but it makes no sense? I am with Barclays how do we agree to the price and get these sold?

The thing I have noticed with AO is that they cannot seem to keep things from leaking. Example the initial drop, then an RNS ,Then further drops and then another RNS stating everything is fine and cashflow is good then still more drops! And then the Share offering at 43p. It seemed the market knew before news happened. So on the other side of the coin I am guessing with it being up 11% with no news something has been leaked again!

I very much doubt it! Unless another buyer comes along but I would have thought they would have been in by now if that is the case

It maybe something to do with the results? or maybe the upcoming AGM on Tuesday 26th

It also states that 2022 Half Year Results will be published on 26th July. Have we not already had these on 14th July? Or is the Half-Year 2022 Trading Update different from 2022 Half-Year Results?

Yes it is definitely correct. I have checked the website. So as long as you are in on the 18th at close of play you will qualify for the dividend payment. I am guessing there should be an RNS confirming the exact amount

18 August 2022 - Ex-dividend date – 2022 Interim Dividend

It has tried to dip below 100p but has not managed it! I can only see this going up now to be honest especially if there is a dividend date set for 18/08

@poorinvestor - I have logged into me Barclays shares portal just now and a new tab has appeared under my investment for Sabre which states "(Ex Div: 18/08/22)"

Look at Direct Line! They were only 20% down with similar news to Sabre! 50% was so overdone in my opinion! Direct Line have manage to pull back 5% from the year low! I can see Sabre getting to 150p very soon!

They have been for a few days now! So hopefully this should see movement in the coming days/weeks
