Hi Scorpio, A bit like listening to politicians when being put on the spot and asked to say something they'd probably wouldn't want to go on record as having said. It's clear to me that this guy will drill holes in your teeth if he thinks he can attract someone else's attention to how much gold's in them thar fillings! He needs a big brother to do the grunt work. I think he's happy doing what he does. I wish I was! Hope it benefits us all over time.

OK bsg4, I can see your frustration in all of this. I have a very modest share holding in Thor and it is absolutely the worst performing stock I hold (for which I am truly thankful). I do see potential in this though I wouldn't dream of suggesting a timeframe for a positive outcome. I am backing this as I can see prospects afoot but won't be selling my Barclays or any other stock to chuck more money at this further until I smell a change in the tide.

I would like to ask, in my ignorance, has anyone considered what the overall strategy is with this company? I had come to a conclusion that the plan is to sit on as many assets as possible and wait to be swallowed up by a big fish. Doesn't seem to me that there is enough finance behind this outfit to do anything else under its own steam. Happy to stand corrected but lets not turn this into an opportunity to throw muck into my pram!
