Jim, I know what you mean about changing one's modus operandi, and, as I get older I find it to be an even greater challenge. But, changing the way we do things is a good sign of flexibility (of the mind) so, never having read the book you refer to, I'll take the time to have a read (and throw it out of my pram from time to time). Hi Jim, sound advice. I should say that I didn't just keep buying in all along the downturn. I just felt that the stock was secure enough for me to stay in the game by buying in when it appeared to be hitting the bottom and maximising my return in future. Yes, I'm in the green now! Kept buying in when the price went sub 100 to lower my average (now 104.8). I have a problem with Tesco where the share price took a major tumble and still not near parity with a stock I 'thought' I could rely on.

Recovery happens at different speeds for different entities. Some aren't ever going to recover at all, when I look at the high street for example. Doing ok at the moment though, wouldn't you say? Looking to see slow, but steady, progress and everyone's a winner!

Anyone feel they can say anything about what the AGM has in store? Perhaps the powers that be keeping something back to prevent it from becoming a snoreathon? Good news slowly leaking out about travel and Covid testing, so it seems (just thinking that after the bumper car fiasco, nothing is 100% reliable). I have had a similar, recent experience, with Trans Siberian Gold. The deal is done and the share price is fixed in time. Diabolical really.
