By the time the JM offtake info hit twitter, it was 'JM promised us an update by end of MArch' Right old chinese whisper. So traders leaving not had their news and year end adjustmetns hastening now for others holding off for news maybe.
Bit annoying as the money I had coming here was put in the upper 7.3s so tad annoying. Hard to keep cash on sidelines when there was a chance of offtake coming.

Risk removed for offtakes. They may move to binding before ML to guarantee supply before anyone else signs due to formality of it now EISA out of the way. However, even if they wait to ML I would think the paperwork will be drawn up ahead of ML and will drop straight after as a precursor to finance.

The EISA was an unknown risk, the ML is not a risk but merely a step that required the last risk to be passed. Some will sell on that risk being cleared others will enter because that risk is no longer there and they are entering for ML, offtakes and finance. Some might trade out the range regardless of news. Small boost to chase the next twitter hot stock they will get impaled on.

Perhaps the end of year profit bookers, readying cash for new ISAs? Seen heavy selling in other shares today. Liquidity allowed these people out. Either out now or later, they can't affect the price after today.
