This has been run up very quickly with not much buying and for some reason teh MMs were stupid enough to push the BID up to 4.9p for which some trader punters just liquidated on. Perhaps they need the price up to keep getting out Kubanga??

Well it is getting frisky.... Haha. People have been playing the range and sort on side lines waiting for 4p again, as happens in many shares, but when it seems that price won't come and buyers move in, those waiting don't want to miss out and appear out of the woodwork bringing buy volume and quick to move MMs happy to make them pay more....
If it is EIA.. . . then all the better, but frankly that is piddly volume, you'd see 250ks amd 500ks dropping if there was a decent sniff of a rumour, no?

Nah, few buys on low volume. This tends to move quickly when transactions are one sided, MMs don't hang around.

The EIA is important for the whole of EU and its battery plans, rightly it is being scrutinised. However that aside the DFS is going to blow the Scoping Study out of the water I feel. People need to see the differences between the two and the value enhancing changes are wide. This will not be a conformation of the SS but a new animal altogether. Money won't be hard to find to build it. A: major EU raw material that it NEEDS and b: C1 cash costs in lowest quartile just were financiers like to be, safe long term profitable in weakest market conditions is a safe place for your money.....and c: in a market with guaranteed priority buyers, they will buy EU raw marterial before any other, so even in lean buying times you are front of the queue...... but recent predictions are goign through the roof demand side. 2018 won't be seen anytime soon again.

I think it is more opening the door for them to leave by choice.....cough....

We were asked a second round of questions after revised submission in December. Unless told otherwise the questions have not been answered and submitted yet. You don't just press 'reply' and knock out a 2 minute email, you have to produce scientific/researched/data gathered info to back up your claims or stance on something. You may require outside parties to conduct the research beholden to their timelines and work load during a pandemic and also lockdowns.
So it appears their careful crafted answers are being collated. When there is a newsworthy update then you'll get it.
Yes this extends EIA timelines, but this is the golden goose that laid the EU battery egg! This is an EIA that all other EU projects will have to match and or exceed in terms of ESG and modern mining in a Western Country. Every blade of grass will have to have been accounted for and every precious thought of every potentially offended person etc. It is the new mining world order....
We are not being set up to fail we are being guided through the exam, such that the final document meets and exceeds the Govs requirements and that of the EU battery alliance in ESG, such that it can be fully backed at Gov level.

I suspect it is complete and they are awaiting tieups downstream of them to complete the commitment to us.

This is Africa.....days are weeks and months are well....... New President is mining friendly and more Economically astute. Africa has abundant minerals and ones on the cusp of a pricing and demand boom.....if you are not in you cannot win. Africa needs to start winning. Unless there is some ridiculous environmental reason this simple mine cannot go ahead, time is the only thing to wait for. There are other miners around this tenement so the environment topography will be similiar and if not a problem for them not for ACP. Anything major would have been flagged at the inspection.
Cons apply to all mines..... it is a simple mine without the major ESG problems of historic techniques or difficult to recover metals. Funding for IRRs of circ 100% are not too difficult.

Shares swapping in this range, MMs don't need to go anywhere the churn makes them money. Odd that people still want out, as if they don't think the SP will not at least still double.

I suspect the drop is ARCM making people switch. Some other big drops out there DDDD. MMs pulling the rug from under the BID here now so any desperate sellers going to pay dearly to get out.

Some profit taking before yr end maybe. Some froth and FOMO in chaing PREM, now KOD. Twitter has pumping traders waxing lyrical about KOD's project. They failed to answer my question on C1 Cash costs and comparison to SAV and it's superior figures...... ANS - they are just pumping it for a rise and quick profit.
