If they are meeting next week and month end is a logical time, then Monday morning will not contain an RNS! Unless they meet at 5am! Results of meeting then need to be verified, signed off and then the portal updated etc. Only those in the meeting will know the result until it is over and wheels set in motion to notify relevant parties.

Errr until the ML lands not a lot else can move forward, mo point passing new directors if they are not going to do much as ML needed before you take anything else forward. No offtakes will happen until ML in the bag. Can't organise finance until ML in the bag. RNSs cost money, you best have something to say then.

If everything else has been accepted and approved, what reason would it not be given? The licence has not been delayed this long, many parts had to be completed, submitted and approved before the ML can go on the table of the mining minister for official approval.. .. under the pile of others already ahead of it.

This has been agreed a long time ago for sure at a price all we're happy with. Think the cornerstone would have been happy if a Tesla link made this hit 20p.....They would have wanted protection both up and down I'm sure.

RED Herring, SAV actively looking to sell into the now to be under supplied EU market.

Scoping Study has C1 Costs CIF China. As supposed to FOB, so SAV were paying to transport it to China. Selling to EU means a saving of $50-65/t!!! Chinese are ruthless and we would have been hung out to dry selling to them last 2 years. Just look at the mine closures and vast equity raises the Aussies endured as their chinese buyers hung them out to dry.

And forecasts by Maquarrie see Spod at $1000 2024 just as SAV will be ramping up to full production. Payback will be very fast. This also helps with financing if predictions are for this high a price, see their money back in a hurry. Go back 2 years SAV would have been fleeced with debt with prices going below $500
You might not like the delays but SAV is still in business by virtue of not mining last 2 years as they might not have survived, when they do go mining they will be surfing the top of the Li wave this time.
